"Time Goddess's Mischief" made its first appearance in the DM anime when it was used by Chumley Huffington, and it also made an appearance in the GX anime during the famous "zero-turn kill" scene between Prince Ojin and Saiou.
For over a decade, players considered this card's effect, which allowed one to skip a turn, too brutal to ever be printed. However, it was eventually released with restrictions on its original effect.
In the anime, it was depicted as a normal magic card, but the physical card was changed to a quick-play magic card that "could only be activated at the end of the Battle Phase."
