He said with a smile, pulling out a card from his pocket.
It was a Seal Card of the Orichalcum Barrier. In a Duel where the barrier was activated, the loser would have their soul sealed within such a card.
And the person sealed within the card he revealed was none other than the original Yuan Xiong.
"I see," You Xuan nodded, "But what business does a musketeer of Domino have, infiltrating a group of refugees like this?"

Luka licked his lips, then unfolded his Duel Disk.

The barrier activated, sending a surge of green light soaring into the sky. A hexagram formed beneath their feet and on his forehead. Luka let out a string of "Hah!" as his body seemed to burst into green flames, his aura skyrocketing.
"Only the winner of this duel can leave this barrier. I think that much is clear, isn't it?
"Then, I'll Normal Summon a monster in face-down defense position," Luka said. "I'll also Set a card in my Spell & Trap Zone. That's the end of my turn."
"My turn, draw!" You Xuan declared.
Thanks to the Society Leader scouting ahead, he already knew that his opponent was using an Insect Deck primarily. Thus, he had to be cautious of the facedown monster and the possibility of a dangerous flip effect.
But that was fine.
You Xuan swiftly scanned his new hand.
He had a countermeasure.
"I activate the Magic Card, 'Allure of Darkness,'" You Xuan announced. "Draw two cards, then send one DARK monster from your hand to the Graveyard."
He drew two cards and then displayed one of them.
"Send the DARK monster, 'Dimensional Scout,' from my hand to the Graveyard."
A white, spherical scout appeared above him, and a pitch-black dimensional vortex opened, sucking the scout inside and out of sight.
"Next, send the Magic Card, 'Shield Crush,' which was discarded by 'Hand Destruction' last turn, from the Graveyard to the removed zone."
An image of the Magic Card floated into view and was likewise sucked into the vortex.
"Special Summon 'Magical Attack Knight'!"

"I can Special Summon 'Magical Attack Knight' from my hand by removing a Magic Card from my Graveyard," You Xuan explained. "Then, I'll use it as Tribute for a Tribute Summon! Come forth with power that shakes the earth, Emperor of the Land, I summon thee—
—Grandmarg, the Grand Judge!"
Golden light shot forth from the ground, forming a glowing, gigantic fissure. A blindingly golden body, like a suit of pure gold armor, emerged. Its massive form resembled a mountain that had grown from the depths, surrounded by billowing clouds of smoke.

Luka's expression shifted: "Summoning an Emperor right off the bat? And its effect is..."
"When Grandmarg, the Grand Judge, is successfully summoned, I can immediately destroy one face-down card on the field," You Xuan explained. "I'll destroy your facedown monster."
Grandmarg unleashed a mighty punch, and the fissure in the ground extended towards Luka's field, accompanied by a burst of air currents. The facedown monster in Luka's front row immediately revealed itself.
Just as expected, it was an Agido Insect.
When this card is flipped face-up, you can select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and return it to its owner's hand. If the Emperor had attacked directly, it would have been sent back to the hand, resulting in a loss of an upper-level monster resource.
