- Anyone who provides a verified report of 'Subject One's' whereabouts will be rewarded with 10 million Racket Coins.
- Anyone who successfully kills 'Subject One' will be rewarded with 100 billion Racket Coins!
This warrant takes effect immediately!"
"100 billion?"
