Naoki thought about how Giratina had demanded fish from him before, and he replied, "...I'll catch you a few more tuna fish to eat."
"No!" Giratina eagerly fixed its gaze on Naoki. "I want you to team up with me to get revenge on it!"

He had intended to just bid Giratina goodbye.
But then he thought, taking revenge on Arceus didn't seem entirely impossible.
After all, in a few years, when Arceus awoke from its slumber due to humanity's greed, it would punish those humans.
This was the plot of the movie "Arceus and the Jewel of Life."

Just like how, back then, she had held a coronation ceremony for Zamazenta and Zacian in the Crown Shrine.
At that time, she had infused the King's Power into the sword and shield.
Only when the Two Heroes carried the sword and shield could they transform into the King of Swords and the King of Shields.

"I understand." Naoki said sincerely, "Then I'll leave it to you."
A loving smile appeared on Reina's face. She floated up from the sofa and glided out of the living room, into the ranch.
Naoki followed her outside and called over Throh, who had been playing with the other Pokemon.
Hearing Naoki's voice, Throh immediately ran over, "Throh?"
Naoki asked solemnly, "Throh, do you want to become a true superhero?"
"Throh!" Throh straightened up without hesitation and nodded.
"Then show your courage and heart to Reina!" Naoki said.
Reina looked at Throh gently, and her voice reached out through telepathy, "You don't have to be nervous. I will test you, and when you pass, I will bestow upon you the King's Power that matches your courage."
"Thro?" Throh listened, not fully understanding.
It looked at Naoki, who nodded encouragingly.
Determination filled Throh's eyes, "Throh!"
Reina nodded in satisfaction, "Then, let the test begin!"
