"My turn, draw a card. I activate the Spell Card, 'Pot of Greed', and draw two more cards from my deck!"
Kaiba drew his cards.
"So, these alien insects are starting to get a little interesting. Very well, it's time to show you the true power of the strongest dragon of light!"
He discarded one card from his hand to the Graveyard and played the other.
"I activate the Spell Card, 'Awakening Melody of the Dragon'! By discarding one card from my hand, I can add up to two Dragon-Type monsters with an ATK of 3000 or more and a DEF of 2500 or less from my deck to my hand!"
The deck automatically searched for the cards, and two cards popped out in succession.
"I add 'Blue-Eyes Solid Dragon' and 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' to my hand!"
"Whoa, so it's finally coming out," Luca said, unsurprised by this standard play, "The legendary dragon exclusively possessed by Kaiba Seto."
"Blue-Eyes Solid Dragon can be Special Summoned by revealing a 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' in my hand."
Kaiba raised the card high, and a dazzling white light burst forth.
"Appear now, Blue-Eyes Solid Dragon!"
A brilliant silver trail blazed across the sky, descending like a meteor. Amidst the dazzling white light that seemed to gather countless stars, the dragon of light spun and revealed itself!

"As expected, just like the intelligence gathered, the Solid Dragon has appeared," Luca narrowed his eyes.

With the Solid Dragon, you can destroy 'Alien Ammonite' without triggering its flip effect, removing the threat of it returning to my hand. That's your plan, isn't it?"
Kaiba remained silent.
"But unfortunately, it won't be that easy," Luca waved his hand, "I activate my face-down Trap Card, 'Trap of Darkness'! When my Life Points are below 3000, I can pay 1000 Life Points to banish a Normal Trap Card from my Graveyard and gain its effect!"

The Blue-Eyes Solid Dragon, which had just landed and was about to unleash its power, transformed into a beam of white light and returned to Kaiba's hand.
"Now, for the effect of 'Alien Apocalypse'," Luca continued, "When this card is flipped face-up, I can destroy one Spell or Trap Card on the field.
Alright, destroy Kaiba's last face-down card as well!"
Kaiba's remaining backrow was blown away, cleaved in two by the alien insects' slash. It was revealed to be the Spell Card, "Polymerization."

Luca commented.

"As I said, underestimate my Xeno insects, and even the mighty Blue-eyes will be in for a rough time."

Kaiba ignored his provocation and replied calmly.
"Then, in the End Phase, we continue with the subsequent effect of 'W Nebula Meteor.'" Luca said, "All four of my Xeno insects on the field are changed to face-down Defense Position, and then I draw four more cards from my deck!"
He drew four cards in quick succession and then searched through his deck.
"Next, Special Summon a Level 7 or higher Insect-Type LIGHT Attribute monster from my deck. The noble leader of the Xeno insects, appear now—

"This guy... the more you beat them, the more bugs appear," Kei frowned, "And those troublesome Xeno insects are facedown again."

It was now Luca's turn, and after drawing his card, he glanced at Kaiba's two backrow cards and smiled.

Luca smirked and slowly drew a card from his hand.
"I activate the Spell Card, 'Feather Duster'! Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls!"
"Eh?!" Kei panicked. "You're using Feather Duster instead of a Xeno insect effect?"
"That's right. This way, your backrow will be swept away, rendering your tactics meaningless."
However, before he could finish his sentence, Kaiba interrupted him with a long, three-segmented laugh.
"Hahahaha——"
Luca was bewildered.
What's going on?
Why is he laughing when he's been pushed to the brink?
"That's why I said, insects are still insects. In a duel between strong players, I'm always one step ahead."
Kaiba smirked, his arms crossed.
"Watch closely as you destroy this card."
A Trap Card flipped over and soared into the air, releasing an astonishing energy that seemed to pierce the heavens and the earth!

"Trap Card 'Stirring Up a Hornet's Nest,' when this face-down card leaves the field due to an opponent's effect, Special Summon any monster from your deck or Extra Deck!"
"What?!?"
Luca's face twisted in shock.
This guy...
He had anticipated that Luca would clear the backrow first and deliberately set this trap for him to step on.
"After evolving over three thousand years, the strongest and most ultimate dragon now descends!"
Kaiba raised his arms and shouted.
"Descend! True Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon!!!"
A pillar of white light shot into the sky, and enormous bone wings spread out, as if a milky-white energy storm were spreading. The three-headed giant dragon stood tall and majestic on his field!
