Jerry continued his interrogation with the Imperius Curse on the next individual.
A moment later.
"Hmm, this guy is a bit more resilient!"
When Jerry woke up the Captain who had led the team into the villa and used the Imperius Curse, it failed for the first time.
"Even if you are innocent, I still have to apologize."

He wasn't worried about the Level 6 agent using a fake name, as the owl's ability to deliver messages ensured it could find the recipient's location, regardless of whether the name was fake or if there were others with the same name.
After casting a Disillusionment Charm on himself and the owl, they flew off in the direction of the Level 6 agent.
