Chi Cat went on to outline the rules of the Demon Clan, including the establishment of a Demon Clan Academy. All the talented youths of the demon race would need to learn to read and write.
"We are not mere beasts; how can we be without culture? All of you here lack some refinement. I have a book here, a compilation of my wisdom.
