Kaido praised without hesitation, filling the stone bowl from the gourd for himself before tossing the gourd to Sag.
Sag caught it and poured some of the nearly transparent liquor into his own stone bowl, then returned the gourd to Kaido.
Both raised their stone bowls, clinking them together from a distance before downing the contents.
Sag smacked his lips and furrowed his brows. "Sweet wine?"
Kaido glared at him. "Don't underestimate sweet wine!"
The issue wasn't that sweet wine could get one drunk; the problem was that strong sweet wine could knock one out before they even realized it. One might take a sip, walk out the door, and the next thing they knew, they'd wake up in a grassy field, wondering what happened.
He just couldn't believe that someone with such an imposing aura would actually prefer sweet wine.
After finishing the wine, they simultaneously threw their stone bowls aside and continued to stare at each other.
"Let's begin!" Kaido gripped the Kanabo that was standing upright on the ground.

With a loud shout, Sag's massive fist struck Kaido's abdomen like an accelerated cannon, embedding itself in his flesh.

In the other pit, Sag also launched himself out, landing with slightly worse condition than Kaido.
The blow from the club had caved in his chest bone, but his robust regenerative abilities were already at work, causing his chest to bulge and smoke as it healed, leaving only a thick layer of blood on his chest.
Sag narrowed his eyes and slowly exhaled.
