"The monster you destroyed was 'Quick-Drawing Squirrel,'" You Xuan stated, "When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, I activate the Trap Card, 'Fellow Traveler' from my hand.
When a monster on the field is sent to the Graveyard, select and destroy 1 face-up monster on the field."
He pointed to the Curved Blade Demon on the Overlord's field.
"Destroy the Curved Blade Demon."
Boom!
A beam of light shot out from the flipped Trap Card, flying straight towards the demon. The demon frantically raised its curved blade to defend, but to no avail. The beam struck its chest, and an explosion of fire ensued, instantly blowing the demon to smithereens, leaving only ashes in its wake.
"My Curved Blade Demon!" The Overlord of the Dark Demon World grit his teeth.
It was rare to summon a friend from the Dark World, and now it had been destroyed after only one attack.
"Furthermore, 'Quick-Drawing Squirrel' is a Beast-type monster." You Xuan revealed another card from his hand, "'Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest' can be Special Summoned from my hand by paying 1000 Life Points when a Beast-type monster I control is destroyed (old effect)."
