Stay calm, he told himself. As a duelist, tearing up cards was unacceptable behavior. No matter how angry he felt, he couldn't rip up this annoying Disturbance Yellow card.
"The effect of Cyber Blader activates," You Xuan continued with a smile, "When there are exactly three monsters on your opponent's field, all Spell, Trap, and monster effects your opponent controls become invalid."
Manjome's eyes widened in shock.
All Spell, Trap, and monster effects invalidated? Cyber Blader had such an overpowered lockdown ability?
He had never seen it used like this when it was in Tenjoin's hands.
In the anime, Asuka's Triple Effect had only been used once throughout the entire series. Usually, only one or two effects were utilized, so those unfamiliar with Cyber Blader wouldn't even know about this hidden ability.
"Stay calm," Manjome said, trying to suppress his anxiety. "But this lockdown only works when there are exactly three monsters on the opponent's field. It may seem powerful, but summoning just one more monster will break this lock."
"The effect of my Field Spell, 'Disturbance Hometown', activates." You Xuan declared, "Once per turn, send one 'Disturbance' card from your hand to the Graveyard, then Special Summon a 'Disturbance' monster with the same name from your Graveyard."
He briefly showed one card from his hand before sending it to the Graveyard.

The Disturbance King reappeared on the field, striking another muscular pose and letting out a deep-voiced shout.

The trio of Disturbance Tokens and the ghostly Disturbance Yellow all clapped enthusiastically: "So cool! So strong!"
However, Manjome had no attention to spare for this annoying foursome, as he had just remembered something truly terrifying: "That monster's effect..."
"While Disturbance King is on the field," You Xuan proclaimed, "Choose up to three Monster Zones on your opponent's field, and your opponent cannot use them. I choose to seal the last two Monster Zones on your field.
Disturbance Seal!"
The Disturbance King let out a low growl: "Disturbance! Disturbance!"
Two more Disturbance monster holograms jumped out, taking a seat on each of Manjome's remaining Monster Zones, one on the left and one on the right.
