"Is that White Fang's son not participating in the battle?" Chiyo asked as she attacked Lin. "Has that brat already perished on the battlefield? I thought he would seek revenge after being resurrected."

Lin's chakra tail swept behind her, sending one of the corpse puppets Chiyo was controlling flying. With a cold and determined gaze, Lin replied, "I'm afraid the Hokage is doing just fine."
"Hokage?" Chiyo narrowed her eyes slightly. "Has that brat become the Hokage already?"
She spotted the Fourth Kazekage, Rasa, fighting in the distance. Given Rasa's appearance, it seemed that not more than ten years had passed since Chiyo's death, yet Feng Ye had somehow become the Hokage of Konoha.
"Since that brat isn't here, I guess I'll have to settle with collecting interest from you first," Chiyo said. "I never expected the Three-Tails to fall into the hands of your Konoha ninjas."
With a wave of her fingers, Chiyo sent a multitude of chakra threads crawling towards Lin.
On the other side of the battlefield.
The Fourth Kazekage was locked in combat with the Second Kazekage.
"Are you the village's Fourth Kazekage? How did you let Konoha ninjas invade our village? Has Sunagakure fallen to such a pathetic state?" The Second Kazekage, upon realizing he couldn't break free from the Impure World Reincarnation, took note of the situation and directed his words at the Fourth Kazekage, Rasa.
Rasa replied with a grim expression, "I apologize, Second Kazekage... Konoha emerged victorious in the Third Shinobi World War, and it's been difficult to withstand their might."
The Second Kazekage let out a cold huff. "So, it's true that after my death, the village has only declined. You can't even hold off Konoha's invasion with your numbers. Back in our day, we established this village despite the pressure from Konoha's First Hokage, Senju Hashirama!"
"I know..." Rasa spoke with difficulty. "But Konoha's current Hokage is also a formidable force to be reckoned with."
The Second Kazekage's gaze swept across the battlefield. "Where is he?"
His eyes held a hint of coldness.
Although he couldn't resist the Impure World Reincarnation technique, he could alter his battle target. This presented an opportunity to help Sunagakure deal with Konoha's nuisance. If he could take out Konoha's current Hokage, he might be able to save Sunagakure from its current predicament.
