In the physical card game, the condition for summoning Deep-Eyes White Dragon was changed from "a Level 8 or higher monster being destroyed" to specifically requiring a "Blue-Eyes" monster to be destroyed.
The effect that inflicts damage has also been altered. The physical card states, "This card's Special Summon and effect that inflicts damage are treated as simultaneous effects," while in the original version, the effect activates "when this card is successfully Summoned or Special Summoned." In other words, in the original version, the effect could be applied even if the monster was Special Summoned by other card effects or through an Xyz Summon.
Additionally, compared to the anime version, the damage calculation in the physical card game version has been modified from "both players' graveyards" to "the number of Dragon-Type monsters in your graveyard x 600." The original version included Dragon-Type monsters in the opponent's graveyard as well.
Of course, Kaiba is currently using the anime version.

When a monster my opponent controls is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, I can equip that destroyed monster to this card."
He pointed to Kaiba's field.
"Eye of the Abyss White Dragon, become my power! Equip yourself to the Destroyer Swordsman's sword!"
The phantom of the Eye of the Abyss White Dragon appeared, its form now that of a transparent dragon soul that was forcibly attached to the Destroyer Swordsman's massive sword.
