Feng Ye then appeared beside Rin, touched her shoulder gently, and sent her back to Konoha as well. Finally, he activated the Flying Thunder God technique and vanished from the spot.
Only when all three of them had disappeared did the leader of Takigakure, Huayan, regain his senses from the blank state his mind had fallen into. It observed the area for a while longer before retreating back underground and disappearing.

This was Akatsuki's new base, where Nagato and Black Zetsu were hiding. They had also received the information from the White Zetsu about the Seven-Tails being captured by Feng Ye.
"This makes our plan even more difficult to execute..." Nagato said slowly.
"It's not a big deal," Black Zetsu rasped. "Regardless, the Fifth Hokage is someone we can't avoid. If he gathers more tailed beasts, it will actually make our movements easier. I'll continue searching for 'power' with White Zetsu, and you need to master that technique and achieve a higher level of precision."
"I understand," Nagato replied in a low voice.
Black Zetsu silently sank back into the ground and vanished.
Aside from Nagato, Black Zetsu, and White Zetsu, there were no other living people in this canyon. Technically, the entire Akatsuki organization consisted of just three members at the moment, but that was only temporary.
Nagato turned his head to look at a row of coffins standing to one side. Inside each coffin was a body that had been prepared by Black Zetsu and White Zetsu, collected during their recent forays.
