Several cards flew out from a vortex of another dimension, fluttering back into You Xuan's deck. The deck automatically shuffled itself.
To be honest, despite being one of Judai's early Quadruple Fusion aces, Eternity's performance in actual combat was a bit lackluster, aside from being used in specific combos.

"Release the Fusion of Eternity and Special Summon the Fusion Material Monsters from the Graveyard!"
Eternity's body burst into four colors of light, dispersing from the bottomless trap. His body split into four, transforming into beams of earth, water, fire, and wind, landing on Judai's field.

The four low-attack Elemental Heroes were in attack position, except for Bubbleman, who was in defense position. Even with the boost from Skyscraper, they couldn't touch any of You Xuan's monsters.

"I then activate this card from my hand—" Judai declared, playing another magic card.
"Spell Card - 'Hero Flash!!' Banish 'H - Heated Heart', 'E - Emergency Call', 'R - Righteous Justice', and 'O - Oversoul' from my Graveyard to activate this card!"
The four HERO cards appeared behind him, floating and then dissipating in a flickering golden light.

E and R were spell cards Judai had used earlier in the duel, and the other two were likely sent from his deck, perhaps by "Card Protector."
"The effect of 'Hero Flash!!' lets me Special Summon one 'Elemental Hero' Normal Monster from my deck."
Judai searched his deck for one of the Four Wasteland Heroes who hadn't made an appearance yet.
This was Judai's first time using this move, and even his friends were unfamiliar with this combo. Sho Marufuji couldn't help but wonder, "He summoned all five heroes in one go, but even so, their attack power isn't enough to break through You Xuan's defenses."
"The additional effect of 'Hero Flash!'" Judai quickly explained with a smile, "This turn, all 'Elemental Hero' normal monsters on my field can attack my opponent directly!"
A wave of excitement rippled through the Duel Arena once again.
Direct attacks from all members!? The revenge of the four lesser heroes?
In other words, aside from Bubbleman, who wasn't a normal monster, the remaining four basic Elemental Heroes could all bypass the frontline and strike directly. If the attacks went through, they would deal a total of 4600 direct attack damage.

The four heroes rushed forward, each surrounded by a storm of different colors—earth, light, fire, and wind—as they charged straight towards You Xuan!
Silent Magician tried her best to intercept and protect her master, but these heroes were all experts in their own right. Burstlady merely swayed in front of her, using a feint to easily get past her. Avian flapped his wings and flew over her head, while Clayman burrowed under her feet, and Sparkman simply turned into a formless current of electricity and sped by.
Silent could only turn anxiously to look at her master, her face full of dismay as she conveyed that she had tried her best but couldn't stop them.
"I activate my trap card—'Guard Wall,'" You Xuan declared, "Negate one instance of battle damage, and draw one card. I negate the attack of 'Elemental Hero Sparkman.'"
Sparkman's electric current crashed into an invisible barrier in front of You Xuan and dissipated. You Xuan drew a card.
"Hey, you blocked one attack. But there are still three more coming your way!" Judai said.
Burstlady let out a sharp cry, her palms crossed, and flames erupted from them.
"Then, the effect of 'Kite Machine' in the graveyard," You Xuan said, "While this card is in the graveyard, there is only one chance to make a direct attack's battle damage become zero." (Original effect)
The silhouette of Kite Machine appeared, and Burstlady's flames washed over the transparent barrier, also becoming nullified.
"One of the five cards discarded by 'Take Over'?" Judai realized.
"Correct." You Xuan smiled.
Judai tried to recall.
So far, three out of the five cards discarded by 'Take Over' had appeared. A Holy Magician, a Blade Knight, and now Kite Machine. The effects of the remaining two were unknown.
Ah well, thinking wasn't exactly his forte anyway.
"Then, here are the next two attacks!" Judai continued, "Avian and Clayman's direct attacks!"
Although they were the weakest of the four heroes, their combined attack power still amounted to 1800.

"Then, the effect of 'Gravekeeper's Guard' in the graveyard," You Xuan said, "During my opponent's turn, by removing this card from the game, negate one attack.
