"Next, don't trust your eyes, ears, or nose. Follow the order of sword, spear, axe, staff, Halberd, and you will naturally reach the destination."
"Alright!!" Natsu completely trusted Erza's judgment and, after saying this, charged in headfirst.
To the others, Natsu's figure appeared as elusive as a ghost, circling a few times before stopping. When he took another step forward, his figure disappeared.

Before the rock mountain completely split apart, Loke cast a red buff on Erza and Natsu, "Since the seal is broken anyway, we might as well give it a good hit now."
"What is this?" Natsu looked curiously at the red glow surrounding him, then he gave a look of shock, as if he had just seen a 'murderer,' and exclaimed, "Isn't this the magic the Master used to hit me? You used it last time too!"
"Ahem..." Loke was a bit embarrassed, "We can talk about this later. For now, let's deal with the problem at hand."

Erza didn't waste time with idle chatter; she had already seen a demon's horn.
"Starlight: Particle Sword!"
The twin swords in Erza's hands emitted a golden, electric glow, like two massive light cannons aimed at the demon's horn through the crack in the rock.
The three streams of red light around her also transformed into flames, enhancing her attack.
Based on her experience fighting Mira, she knew that using light-attribute attacks against demons was more effective.
"Too sneaky, Erza, to take the lead!" Natsu complained, then took a deep breath, "Fire Dragon's Roar!"
The flames Natsu exhaled were also enveloped in an additional layer of red fire, crashing into the crack along with his breath.

The usually formidable Crimson Mark Tree Monster, in comparison, was like a large dog next to this giant.
The giant had a single horn on its head, a mouth full of fangs, large ears, and a nose that emitted white steam. Its limbs were muscular, and its belly was large.
This was Carniber, the man-eating demon from the Book of Zeref.
The demon had some burn marks on its head and a vicious blood trail on its face.
However, compared to its massive size, these injuries seemed minor.
Erza's expression was grave, "To take such an attack without any defense and only suffer minor injuries?"
The demon's bloodshot eyes surveyed the group, and it roared, slapping a massive hand toward the most conspicuous Tree Monster.
The Tree Monster showed no fear, roaring and swinging its claw to meet the attack.
There was a loud crack, and the Tree Monster's entire right front leg was shattered, while three bloody marks appeared on Carniber's palm.
Loke's face darkened, "This guy seems pretty strong."
The last time they encountered Bargs, his full-force attack only left a dent in the Tree Monster's palm. This time, it had crippled a whole leg with a single blow.
Just in terms of attack power, this thing was already beyond the level of a regular S-class magical beast, right?
