Vivian was sitting on a sofa and was dressed in her usual Inquisitor attire but didn't carry any weapons.

Knock.

"Come in."

Ka-cha!

The door opened and a butler in his late 30s entered. He made his way in front of Vivian and bowed.

"How may I be of service, Honored Inquisitor?"

"Is there a place here where I can kill at least 20 animals? I don't care what kind of animal it is as long as I can kill 20 of them."

"Yes, we have a farm nearby for that."

"Is it free and quick that I don't have to do any paperwork?"

"Assuming that it's only normal animals, yes, it's free and there's no paperwork required. However, it will take around three hours to gather and send them here to your suite. But if we go there, it will take around an hour to go there and arrange everything."

Vivian got up from her seat. 

"Let's go there."

"Yes, Honored Inquisitor," the butler said and bowed.

12:42 p.m.

A butler in his late 30s stepped out of a carriage and his shoes immediately touched mud.

He turned around and offered his gloved hand to the door of the carriage. A thin gloved hand reached out and he supported the person who came out, revealing none other than Vivian.

"Thank you," Vivian said when she finally stepped out of the carriage.

"It's my pleasure, Honored Inquisitor," the butler said and then let go of Vivian's hand before turning away.

The sky was still raining but it wasn't as heavy compared to earlier. And right in from of them was a large farm with acres of fields and barn houses.

"The main building is that way," he said.

"Okay."

The butler began walking and Vivian followed from behind.

When they entered the main building, there were several people there dressed in farm clothes.

"Please wait for a moment, Honored Inquisitor," the butler said before heading over to one of the people dressed in farm clothes.

After a moment of talking, the person went away and the butler returned to Vivian.

"Honored Inquisitor, unfortunately, the farm hand said that the time to gather the 20 animals will take more than usual. Apparently, there has been a shortage with the Sarcoises which is the monster typically used for such requests. However, there are other animals and monsters available so you will still be able to kill the 20 animals that you asked for."

"I see."

"In the meantime, we can wait at the lounging area. I can prepare you some tea and snacks there."

"Okay."

An hour later…

Vivian was standing in the middle of a large barn and all of the animals around were so restless that several people had to be brought in and contain the animals. Some even managed to break the fences of their cages.

"Beeee!"

"Beeee!"

There was a farm hand in front of her holding an animal that looked like a goat which was called a Meizer in this world. 

Upon seeing Vivian, the animal was completely terrified that it even made a mess of itself and was struggling so hard to run away but couldn't because it was held tightly by the farm hand.

"Bring it to me. I don't want to step on urine and feces."

The farm hand dragged the animal close to Vivian. And the closer it got, the louder the scream and stronger the struggle it made.

"Listen here, I'm going to stab the animal with my finger and you're going to finish it. Am I clear?"

"Yes, Honored Inquisitor."

I just hope this works…

Chaaak!

Vivian stabbed her finger on the Meizer's forehead.

The farm hand was caught in surprise and wasn't able to react right away.

Aside from Vivian's speed which was so fast that he wasn't even able to see her hand move, he was also surprised by her strength because she was able to penetrate the skull as if her finger without using a Physical Art indicated how high her Physical Force was.

Vivian pulled out her finger.

"Finish it."

The farm hand didn't react because he was still left in a trance.

"I said finish it!"

Hearing Vivian's voice ring in his ears, he quickly realized where he was and what he was doing.

He broke the Meizer's neck, causing the animal to lose the light in its eyes and its body to go limp.

"Next," Vivian said and looked at the next farm hand who was holding another Meizer.

Vivian stabbed an animal's skull with a finger and then pulled her hand away.

Crack!

The farm hand broke the animal's neck.

Ding!

'Unlocked [Finger Mastery] - Level 1!'

"Gentlemen, thank you," Vivian said before turning away and heading back to the butler who was waiting on the side.

"It's our pleasure!" the farm hands said and bowed.

Just like the rest of the farm hands, the butler was also surprised by Vivian's strength and speed.

He has heard about the Physical Art called [Finger Mastery]. It was a Physical Art that people would only usually get once they have a very high Physical Force because to open it was quite strict. Without the right amount of Physical Force, the person would only injure themselves and train [Savage Mastery] instead. But once the [Finger Mastery] is opened and the person gets the skill [Power Finger], training it no longer becomes a problem.

However, in Vivian's case, she stabbed 20 animal skulls using only one finger without even pausing and healing it or even using an external weapon. On top of that, he also couldn't catch her speed that her movement appeared blurry in his eyes. 

Moreover, based on her appearance, despite the mask covering her face, and also her voice, they could tell she was still young, around her early to mid-20s.

"Honored Inquisitor, I would be honored if you would use this to clean your hand. I could also fetch you a new pair of gloves if you want me to."

"Thank you, but this will do," Vivian said before accepting the handkerchief and cleaning her blood-soaked glove. "I wish to go back to my suite."

"Yes, Honored Inquisitor."

Vivian was back at her suite.

She was currently in the bathroom and completely naked as she sat in a large and spacious bathtub that was more appropriate to call a mini-swimming pool.

The windows and doors were closed and she made sure that no light could escape.

She cast a spell.

[Greater Origin Enchant].

A dark-red lightning appeared on her hand.

She cast another spell.

[Halo].

As soon as the golden ring started to manifest on her back, the dark-red lightning immediately started to crawl from her hand to her back until the ring became four times larger compared to a normal one, illuminating the entire room.

She cast another spell.

[Greater Origin Transformation].

Blaaak!

A pair of giant spider-like demonic arms that were suited for a 5-meter-tall demon appeared on the side of her ribs.

She moved one of her giant demonic palms in front of her and then cast a skill with her right human hand.

[Power Finger].

Cha-riiip!

The skill shredded the skin, meat and bones, and left a hole that was as large as an adult's head on the giant demonic left palm.

Drip.

Drip.

Red blood dripped down from the wound and Vivian's face winced in pain.

She was about to cast a spell but stopped.

Both Magic Art Masteries had heal. Light had [Heal], while Greater Origin had [Greater Origin Transformation].

I guess I'll go with [Light Mastery]…
