As Might Guy unleashed the additional chakra from the Eight Inner Gates and focused his breathing to enhance his already formidable physique, his aura suddenly surged.
"Is this even possible? Was he not using his full strength earlier?" Beroqa stared at Guy in disbelief as he witnessed his sudden outburst. He found it hard to believe that anyone, even with a lifetime of training, could be any stronger.
However, reality didn't bend to Beroqa's expectations. Might Guy, with his incredible speed, appeared before Beroqa in an instant and threw a powerful punch.
Beroqa couldn't react in time. He only saw Guy move slightly before appearing right in front of him.
Bang!
Under Guy's mighty punch, Beroqa was sent flying, unable to withstand the force.
"How can he be so fast and strong?" Beroqa couldn't help but wonder as he was knocked back. He had trained his body with Lightning Release ninjutsu, and being a native of the Lightning Country, he naturally possessed enhanced physical strength. Yet, he was overwhelmed in terms of sheer power by a child who was not even ten years old, and he couldn't understand why.
"Wood Style: Strong Whirlwind!"
Guy didn't give Beroqa any time to doubt himself further. After sending him flying with a punch, Guy burst forth with power, leaping high and delivering a swift roundhouse kick toward Beroqa.
Boom!!
The immense force struck Beroqa, causing his eyes to widen in shock as his pupils dilated. He flew like a cannonball, crashing through one tree after another before finally losing consciousness.
"Mission accomplished!" Guy couldn't help but laugh triumphantly and gave himself a thumbs-up.
As Guy swiftly dealt with his opponent, Obito also unleashed his full power.
"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!"
Obito quickly formed the necessary hand seals and spat out a massive fireball, over three meters in height, that hurtled toward Haiero.
"To be able to use such advanced fire jutsu at such a young age... Have we stumbled upon some kind of genius squad?" Haiero wondered aloud as he faced the menacing fireball.
First, Beroqa was kicked away by the child in green spandex, and now this goofy-looking kid with goggles was displaying powerful fire jutsu. Haiero had a bad feeling about this.
The Fireball Jutsu wasn't particularly fast, so Haiero had no intention of trying to withstand it directly. He immediately used the Body Flicker Technique to try and escape.
Swish, swish, swish!!
After unleashing the fire jutsu, Obito quickly threw a barrage of shuriken to block one of Haiero's potential escape routes.
Without hesitation, Haiero changed directions upon seeing the incoming shuriken.
The fireball crashed into the ground, leaving a charred crater, but Haiero had no time to worry about the aftermath of the fire jutsu. Kakashi was already closing in.
"Breath of Fire, Full Concentration Breathing!" Obito unleashed the power of his breathing technique and charged forward.
Seeing Kakashi, a ninja specializing in ninjutsu, daring to come at him head-on, Haiero was overjoyed. At such a young age, Obito had already mastered powerful fire jutsu, so it was unlikely that he would also excel in taijutsu.
Smack! Bang!
The two engaged in an intense hand-to-hand combat exchange, their fists colliding with each other.
However, what Haiero didn't expect was that Obito's strength and speed were not inferior to his, an adult ninja.
In fact, due to Obito's initial advantage, he managed to gain the upper hand and suppress Haiero.
"These enemies seem a bit weak," Obito mumbled to himself.
He felt that his ninjutsu was decent, but his taijutsu was just average. Obito had approached Haiero intending to find an opportunity to strike with the Scarlet Fangs of the Phoenix Flower, but instead, he found himself dominating the battle and overwhelming his opponent.
"Damn brat, let me show you the true power of a Cloud-Hidden ninja!" Enraged, Hairo ignored the chakra consumption and unleashed a series of Lightning Release ninjutsu on Obito.
Lightning Release ninjutsu was chakra-intensive, as Cloud-Hidden's techniques typically required the activation of one's flesh, meaning that while channeling lightning externally, one also had to consume chakra internally.
Of course, with great consumption came great power, and Lightning Release ninjutsu was known for its destructive capabilities.
Even with the use of Lightning Release ninjutsu, in Obito's eyes, Hairo was still no match for Might Guy's Rock Lee's Breathing Technique combined with the Eight Inner Gates.
Obito easily dodged Hairo's attacks with his Sharingan and seized an opening, using his left hand to perform a one-handed seal, swiftly throwing four kunai with flames toward Hairo.
"Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Claw Crimson!"
The kunai, engulfed in orange-red flames, swiftly pierced through the air and reached Hairo.
"How is this possible? He didn't even perform any hand seals!" Hairo exclaimed in shock, unable to dodge in time. He hadn't even seen Obito perform the necessary hand seals for such an advanced fire technique.
Boom!!
A loud explosion rang out, and intense fire engulfed Hairo. When the flames died down and the smoke cleared, Obito approached to check on Hairo and found him dead.
Hairo lay there with four kunai embedded in his chest, his entire body charred with severe burn marks.
Though he had no breath left, Hairo's eyes remained open, his face frozen in shock.
"This technique finally came in handy," Obito muttered.
Back when he had practiced the Phoenix Flower Claw Crimson with one-handed seals, he had indeed spent a lot of effort. However, during their usual training battles, it rarely proved useful, only being slightly better than the Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu for forcing opponents to change positions.
Having taken care of his opponent, Obito noticed that Might Guy had also finished off his, leaving only Kakashi still engaged in a fierce battle with his opponent, Iraka.
Kakashi's blade techniques were sharp and swift, but Iraka possessed a unique Lightning Release sword technique. The blue electric glow that enveloped his sword added power to each strike, forcing Kakashi to be cautious and evasive, putting him at a slight disadvantage.
"Kakashi, you're so slow! I and Guy have already finished our battles," Obito teased, his body tensed and ready to rush in to assist Kakashi at any moment.
"Stop blabbering and get over here to help! This guy's strong!" Kakashi quickly replied while dodging and striking back.
Kakashi had no intention of taking on the enemy alone; it was safer to gang up and overpower the opponent than to attempt a solo victory.
"Wood Style: Strong Whirlwind!"
Might Guy suddenly rushed in from the side, delivering a powerful roundhouse kick that forced Iraka to halt his offense and focus on dodging.
"Are they all geniuses? My luck is terrible today," Iraka thought bitterly.
He didn't blame his teammates' weakness but instead acknowledged the strength of Kakashi and his team.
He was well aware of his own teammates' capabilities, as they were all experienced jonin-level shinobi. Yet, they had been swiftly defeated.
"I'll take at least one of them down with me!" Iraka thought vengefully. Escape was unlikely, but even if he died, he would take one of these Leaf geniuses with him. Taking out even one of them would be a worthwhile trade.
