Chapter 182: You've Grown
Chapter 182: You've Grown
"You little rascals!"
Garp descended from the gangplank, raising his fist to his chest and grinning at them. "It's time for some pirate-style justice!"
"Cannon Fire!"
Reinette was the first to act, brandishing her long hammer and opening a cavity at the hammerhead from which she fired an extremely fast cannonball.
Garp poised his fist, ready to intercept the incoming projectile. With a swift movement, he deflected the cannonball to the side, causing it to explode in the sea and create a massive splash.
Bellamy's legs transformed into springs, compressing and recoiling repeatedly, while his arms retracted, making his entire body taut.
Boom!
Almost simultaneously with the cannonball being deflected, Bellamy's spring-like legs released their tension, propelling him faster than the cannonball toward Garp. With his accumulated strength, he threw a punch at Garp's face.
Bang!
"What the—?!" Bellamy exclaimed, his eyes widening in disbelief at the unfolding scene.
His fist connected squarely with Garp's face, but it did little more than leave a fist-shaped imprint on his cheek, causing Garp's head to tilt slightly.
Garp flashed a grin and countered with a punch to Bellamy's abdomen, sending him crumpling in midair. As Bellamy tried to push himself up, Garp added more force, propelling him higher into the air before he tumbled down like a rag doll.
"Hahahaha! Let me see what the rest of you so-called 'Disasters' are made of!"
With a boisterous laugh, Garp leaped from the gangplank, turning into a blur as he charged toward the group of over a thousand pirates.
Boom!
Like a falling meteor, Garp's charge created a massive shockwave in the center of the group, sending pirates flying in all directions and leaving a trail of dust and debris in his wake.
"Tsk!"
Lili extended her hand, shielding herself from the flying rubble as she spoke. "Everyone below the officer level, fall back and protect our belongings! You are no match for him!"
As she spoke, she brandished her white lightning-infused sword and thrust it toward the cloud of dust.
"Absolute Lightning!"
Szzz!
Lili's eyes narrowed as she felt a peculiar sensation from her sword blade—as if it had grazed something.
Clang!
But the next moment, the sword met resistance, stopping a finger's width from its target.
As the dust settled, they saw Garp baring his teeth, which were coated in an armaments-enhanced black hue. He had bitten the sword, leaving a thin cut on his cheek, and was grinning at Lili. "Not bad with that sword of yours!"
Both Garp and Lili had Armament Haki, but he had effortlessly caught her blade.
No matter how Lili twisted and turned her wrist, the sword remained immobilized.
Whoosh!
A gust of wind brushed past her ear, and in the blink of an eye, a massive fist loomed before her face.
Bang!!
Suddenly, a huge boulder came crashing toward them. Garp, who had been about to strike Lili, hesitated for a moment, then swung his elbow to the side, colliding with the boulder—at least twice his height—and shattering it into pieces.
As the boulder fragmented, several hair tendrils as agile as snakes slipped through the gaps and wrapped around Garp's arm. Just as they were about to bind his entire body, Garp grabbed one of the tendrils and pulled it toward him.
Maricca, who had been extending her hair, was yanked toward Garp.
"Dynamic Impact!"
Just then, a pink-haired, child-like figure leaped out from behind Garp, brandishing a horned hammer. Electric sparks crackled from the hammerhead as it smashed down on Garp's head with full force.
"I saw you, you little brat!" Garp laughed heartily, creating an opening for Lili to pull back her thin sword. However, at that moment, he yanked Maricca, causing her to collide forcefully with Lili, and the resulting impact sent both of them flying into Reinette, who was midair. The three of them tumbled to the ground in a heap.
"Straw Man, Ready Blade!"
A straw whip lashed out, but Garp didn't even bother looking as he grabbed the straw with his Haki-imbued hand and pulled Hawkins toward him. He then threw a punch at Hawkins's chest.
"I know you, Basil Hawkins," Garp said. "How many Straw Men can you control at once?"
Boom!
The punch that landed on Hawkins's chest suddenly became a blur as Garp unleashed a rapid flurry of punches, each one packed with tremendous force. Hawkins's body trembled under the onslaught before he spat out a mouthful of blood and collapsed.
Nine Straw Men emerged from his body.
Each of Garp's punches was infused with immense power, capable of inflicting severe injuries or even proving fatal—they were blows that Hawkins couldn't withstand.
"Shave!"
As Garp sent them flying, Aokin appeared at his side, his body as supple as a chain but with arms as sturdy as ever. With all his might, Aokin swung his mace in a wide arc, putting his full strength behind the blow.
"Paper Drawing, Meteor Hammer!"
Boom!
With his fist coated in Armament Haki, Capone knocked away the mace and, without losing momentum, punched Akain the body, completely ignoring his twisting and dodging frame.
"Not bad with the Six Styles, that brat Sag taught you well."
Capone laughed, took a step forward, and quickly jumped towards the three women, simultaneously kicking away the interfering Miout. He charged straight at the trio.
"I, I, I..."
Palu rushed in front of Lily and the others, took a deep breath, his neck veins popping out, and shouted, "I am the man with the strongest defense, I am 'Iron Wall' Palu! Iron Block!"
Boom!
Capone's punch shattered the iron shield on Palu's body, his fist coated in Armament Haki hitting Palu so hard that his eyes rolled back, and he fell straight to the ground.
Capone's movements were seamless. After knocking down Palu, he was already in the air, approaching the trio. His massive fist was about to land heavily on them.
Lily gritted her teeth and tightened her grip on the White Lightning. Initially, she had only hardened the sword with her Haki, but now it was condensed and gathered at the sword's tip.
Even if it was Capone...
"I won't let Sag down!"
Sss!
White Lightning lived up to its name as a streak of cold light streaked from the blade, its tip turning black with condensed Haki. It stabbed menacingly towards Capone's chest.
"Hmm?"
Capone was taken aback for a moment, baring his teeth in a grin, "Not bad!
Capone's fist, which had been launched, slightly altered its course, striking directly at the stabbing sword tip.
Whoosh!
A lock of hair wrapped around his arm again, and Maricca stood up from Lily's side, extending her hair. Maricca's body drew closer, and she slapped Capone's arm with a palm strike, the force causing Capone's arm to stiffen momentarily.
"Dynamic Impact!"
Reinette leaped out from Lily's other side, sparks crackling from the horned hammer in her hand. She bared her small fangs and shouted as the hammerhead smashed down on Capone's left arm with full force.
"I saw you, you little brat!" Capone laughed heartily, creating an opening for Lily to pull back her thin sword. However, at that moment, he yanked Maricca, causing her to collide forcefully with Lily, and the resulting impact sent both of them flying into Reinette, who was midair. The three of them tumbled to the ground in a heap.
"Straw Man, Ready Blade!"
A straw whip lashed out, but Capone didn't even bother looking as he grabbed the straw with his Haki-imbued hand and pulled Hawkins towards him. He then threw a punch at Hawkins's chest.

As Capone sent them flying, Aokin appeared at his side, his body as supple as a chain but with arms as sturdy as ever. With all his might, Aokin swung his mace in a wide arc, putting his full strength behind the blow.
"Or is it that, knowing your grandson is here, you decided not to come?" A vein popped out on Sag's temple, his arms gradually exerting force.
"Hahahaha! How do you know I have a grandson?"
Kap's teeth were bared, and a vein popped out on his temple as he began to exert himself against Sag.
"Monkey D. Do you think others are blind?" Sag cackled, gradually pushing against Kap's fist.
"I never said my surname!"
Kap also broke into a cackle, pushing Sag's fist back.
Their other hands moved simultaneously, their fingers interlocking as the ground beneath their feet cracked and sank into a depression, with stones and debris rising around them.
Bang!!
With a loud explosion, the struggling figures separated, both retreating before immediately stepping forward and charging at each other.
Sag jumped forward, his right hand transforming into a chop that swiftly fell towards Kap's face, the flames surrounding his hand as a result of Busoshoku Haki causing the air to ripple like flowing fire.
"Rock Mountain Two Chop Wave!"
Szzz!!
The ground was split by this hand chop, a deep gully gouged out as the seawater rushed in.
He missed!
Kap flashed to Sag's side, his fist pulling back like a cannonball and smashing towards his head.
"You little brat, you've been too outrageous lately. Taste my Fist of Love!"
Bang!
Sag didn't dodge, his forehead surrounded by Busoshoku Haki as he forcefully collided with the fist, creating a dull thud.
The massive fist was stopped by Sag's forehead, the clash of Busoshoku Hakis causing no damage to his forehead.
"Taste my respect for you, then!"
Sag cackled, his body turning into an afterimage as he divided into multiple afterimages surrounding Kap. His hands drew a circle, and all the afterimages moved in unison, their fists turning into afterimages as they rushed towards Kap's body.
"Ultimate Art: Seven Stars Hundred Crack!"
"Little brat! No matter how fast your attacks are, they can only come from one direction!"
Kap tightly clenched his fists, his body twisting to the side as he threw a punch at Sag's fist. Upon contact, all the afterimages disappeared, leaving only the continuously punching Sag.
Bang bang bang bang!
Sag's fists and Kap's fists relentlessly collided, the fists not even touching as they stopped just a short distance away from each other, emitting a resonating thud.
The relentless exchange of blows sent out countless shockwaves, rippling Sag's cloak and hair while causing the ground beneath them to continuously crack.
Bang!!
During their final exchange of blows, their arms shifted, Sag's fist heavily striking Kap's chest while Kap's fist hooked onto Sag's jaw. The powerful strikes sent them both flying backward, their feet sliding across the ground for a short distance before they came to a stop.
"Hahahahaha!"
Kap laughed loudly, unmindful of the blood trickling from the corner of his mouth, "A familiar taste, your Busoshoku Haki is quite peculiar, a dual internal destruction!"
Sag raised his head, moving his jaw as he spat out a mouthful of blood, his face twisted in a sinister grin, "It seems your fist isn't as powerful as it used to be!"
"Perhaps it's that you've grown."
Kap eyed Sag, a smile playing on his face, "This way of exerting force, did you learn it from me? I use warships, what about you?"
The refined iron wrapped around the warships, its hardness unmatched by ordinary materials, requiring pure physical strength to forge.
As a pirate, Sag probably didn't have the time to find a place to cultivate.
Sag raised his thumb, a smile on his face, "I obtained the historical texts from Alabasta, the hardness of that material is no less than your warships!"
There was no point in hiding it.
The continuous striking of the historical texts, coupled with the use of Life Return, his growth was far beyond what it used to be.
Kap's fists used to be unstoppable.
But now... it was hard to say.
Sag glanced at Lily, who had stood up and was now directing the remaining pirates to start loading the spoils onto their ship, a smile tugging at his lips, "Old man, you came here alone, it won't be that easy to leave!"
"I never intended to leave, at least not before capturing you!" Kap laughed.
"Then let's try."
Sag spread his arms, twisting his neck, "Last time you chased me, we didn't settle things, this time let me show you how much I've grown!"
The old man had held back.
This was something Sag was aware of; otherwise, his crew probably wouldn't even be able to stand.
But it also proved that the old man's target had always been himself.
Then let's have a good fight!
Let his will become even stronger!
