At a time like this, even a moment's curiosity could lead to dire consequences. The priority was to escape as quickly as possible.

After flying for three to four hundred meters, Rose suddenly heard a strange sound from behind.

It sounded like many wings flapping in unison.

She glanced back and her eyes widened in shock.

"What is that?"

Seeing Night Owl and his companions catch up, Heart couldn't wait to ask.

Night Owl's expression was grim. "I'm not sure. We were looking for you when we encountered that monster. It attacked us on sight, and we weren't a match for it, so we had to flee."

Rose and Heart exchanged a glance, both half-believing and half-doubting.

Night Owl, Black Forest, and Hunter were all powerful individuals. For the three of them to be driven to such a panicked retreat by a single monster was hard to believe.

But they didn't have to doubt for long.

The winged monster suddenly increased the speed of its flapping wings, its body swelling as if it were taking a deep breath. At that moment, Night Owl and the others could clearly feel a surge of air currents within the tunnel.

The others, recovering from the shock, paled at the sight. Without pausing to cast spells, they activated their magical items, a rainbow of light engulfing the winged monster.

Having done that, they frantically accelerated their escape.

No one cared about conserving their strength; they all used their most potent survival techniques, significantly increasing their speed.

However, they soon encountered a rock wall ahead.

A dead end!

Night Owl gritted his teeth and shouted, "Breach the wall!"

At that moment, everyone acted in unison, unleashing their strongest attacks, which struck the rock wall with a deafening boom.

The thick rock wall shattered instantly, revealing a dark opening beyond.

Without slowing down, they charged into the opening.

The light suddenly dimmed, then gradually returned.

Behind the opening was another vast cavern.

The group looked around, their eyes widening.

Not far away, Su Nan, Traveler, and Scepter were surrounding Iro.

Both groups were momentarily stunned upon seeing each other.

Night Owl was about to speak when his face changed, and he quickly dodged.

Rose and the others did the same.

Night Owl gave Su Nan a puzzled look and said, "This isn't the time to talk about that. Let's deal with the monster first, and then we can divide the spoils."

Rose, however, quickly caught on to Su Nan's plan. "You want to capture it alive?"

"Exactly," Su Nan nodded calmly.

The others were dumbfounded.

They were already struggling to hold their own against the monster. The idea of capturing it alive seemed utterly preposterous!

"Now isn't the time for jokes," Black Forest grumbled. "If you have the time to talk, help us fight this thing!"

"I'm not joking."

Su Nan's expression remained calm as he cast a Magic Missile to fend off the monster slightly.

"It's better to discuss the spoils now to avoid disputes later."

Black Forest said irritably, "If you can capture this monster alone, it's yours!"

"Deal!" Su Nan turned to the others, "What do you think?"

Night Owl and the others exchanged glances and, without a word, stepped back.

They were genuinely curious now.

Even with their combined efforts, they couldn't subdue this monster. How did Su Nan plan to capture it alive? Even Traveler and Scepter, who had witnessed Su Nan's strength before, felt he might be overconfident.
