She stared blankly at the desk.

How in God’s name did I fail to anticipate this…?

It was literally right in my face…

She raised her head and looked at her reflection.

I’m now a woman…

How on Earth did it not cross my mind that I would eventually have to deal with this…?

[Greater Origin Enchant].

Dark red lightning appeared on Vivian’s hand.

[Halo].

The moment the golden ring manifested on her hack, the dark red lightning crawled from her hand to her back and was being absorbed by the ring until it grew up to x4 its normal size.

She deactivated the [Halo] and then glanced at the clock on the wall.

And just like last time, the 2 White Cloaks and 2 Brown Cloaks greeted her with a good morning but none of them engaged in a conversation with her. However, they were all surprised to see that she was now a White Cloak.

I can understand the Blacksmith Shop is still closed at this hour…

But the Apothecary Shop…?!

A White Cloak Priestess in her mid-30s with blonde hair was heading their way and Vivian suppressed the urge to glare at her as she watched her.

“Good morning, Sister Willow,” the 2 White Cloaks and 2 Brown Cloaks said and gave a slight bow.

“Good morning, too, sisters,” Willow said and gave a slight bow as well.

Willow took out the keys and all five of them began helping each other to open the

shop.

When Vivian stepped inside the Apothecary Shop, she immediately headed over to Willow who was behind the counter and preparing for the day.

“Excuse me, sister.”

Willow stopped what she was doing and turned to Vivian.

“Good morning, sister. How may I help you?”

“Do you have any napkins or whatever here for dealing with periods?”

She nodded and pointed at one of the shelves.

“Yes, napkins are over there. Meanwhile, the tissue and wipes, and Menstral are next to it.”

“Thank you,” Vivian said and then grabbed a basket before heading over to the shelf that Willow pointed.

The napkins were inside four baskets and Vivian checked each basket.

There are two types…

One thin…

While the other is thicker…

Which one I should choose…?

Also…

She rubbed the napkins with her fingers.

Are napkins supposed to be this rough…?

If she were to describe the napkin, there was some sort of cotton inside and then it was wrapped with a cheap and thin piece of cloth.

I mean…

Appearance-wise, they look rougher or cruder compared to the ones I’ve seen in the commercials…

Do people in this world recycle their napkins…?

She shook her head.

Whatever…

She grabbed 10 pieces of the thin ones and 10 pieces of the thick ones, and then moved to the tissue and wipes shelf.

When it came to the tissue, there were two types. One was soft while the other was rough. However, instead of being rolled like in her original world, it was folded in a square shape and wrapped with a piece of cloth.

Meanwhile, for the wipes, it was also wrapped with a piece cloth but had a rectangular shape.

Whatever…

She grabbed 2 packs of the soft tissue, 2 packs of the rough tissue and 4 packs on the wipes before finally moving to the potion shelf.

I remember her mentioning about Menstral…

She searched for the word Menstral.

Vivian placed her basket on the floor, took out the Menstral bottle and Menstral powder from her basket, and then placed them on top of the counter.

“I’m not very familiar with the medicine for periods. Can you explain these to me, like how to use them, which one is better?”

Willow nodded.

“Menstral stops the bleeding and the pains caused by periods.

“To use the liquid form, the dosage is 1 tablespoon every 8 hours. But if it doesn’t stop the bleeding and pain, you can take 2 tablespoons every 8 hours.

“For the powder, you mix it with a glass of water and drink it. The dosage is the same -- every 8 hours. Also, the powder is stronger compared to the liquid form. Drinking one is like drinking 2 tablespoons of the liquid form.

“And lastly, if you’re going to take Menstral, you’re not allowed to use [Heal], [Greater Heal] and [Cure] on yourself, including any antidote potions, because they will nullify the effects of the medicine. You should also avoid drinking alcohol because it can affect the effectiveness of the medicine.”

Vivian nodded.

“I see, I see. Thank you, sister. By the way, are there any side effects?”

“Side effects?”

“Like, if I drink this Mentral, would it affect my hormones or cause any diseases?”

“Last question, sister.”

“Yes?”

“Can [Heal] and [Greater Heal] cure deadly diseases?”

Willow nodded.

“As long as it’s not an inborn disease, [Greater Heal] and [Cure] can cure them.”

“I see…” Vivian said and then placed her basket on top of the counter. “I would like to purchase all of these but I want to add more Menstral Powder.”

Vivian walked briskly as sweat was poured down her face covered with makeup.

Need to inform Melissa…

Before coming here, she dropped the items she bought from the Apothecary Shop in her room.

She could run, but she has never seen anyone running within the compound ever since she became a Priestess.

She could also turn into a blur. But just like she has never seen anyone running within the compound, not only has she never seen anyone moving like a blur within the compound but also within the city.

“I understand, sister. I won’t mark you as absent today. Please have a proper rest,” Melissa said and smiled.

“Thank you, sister,” Vivian said and gave a slight bow before leaving.

Female Dormitory, Temple of Priests Private Compound, Luxen City.

Vivian was lying down on her bed and was wearing nothing but a bra, underwear and napkin as she slowly opened her eyes.

What time is it…?

She glanced at the clock.

5:49 p.m…

When she came back to the dormitory, her original plan was to do her morning routine, drink Menstral, and then train. But for some odd reason, after doing her morning routine and drinking the medicine, she just felt tired.

She wasn’t sure it if was because of her period, if it was a side-effect of the Menstral, if it was because it’s been a while since she slept or if it was mental exhaustion from all the problems she was dealing, or all of the above. Either way, because she felt tired, she decided to sleep for a bit and then train.

However, that didn’t exactly happen. Instead, she woke up a couple of hours later.

She sat up and pulled her underwear forward.

I thought Menstral stops the bleeding and pain…?

There were blue-colored jellow-like stains on her napkin.

9, 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6…

She counted with her fingers.

Hmm…

10 hours…

She slowly got up from her bed.

Need to shower, eat and then train…

She grabbed a bathrobe and wore it, slipped into her bathroom slippers and other bathing materials.

After informing Melissa about her condition, she went to the Tailoring Shop to buy some items. One of them was this bathrobe and bathroom slippers.

She went to the door.

I wonder if it’s possible to order a takeout at the Cafeteria…

Having to get dressed every time I need to eat is getting annoying…
