Chapter 1473: Command You to Surrender
Chapter 1473: Command You to Surrender
As he spoke, a square opening suddenly appeared on the Automaton's chest, from which a beam of red light emerged.
This red light was not aggressive. It converged in front of the Automaton and quickly formed a 3D projection.
At the center of the 3D projection stood a red-skinned human woman, wielding a red longsword. This, of course, was Leah, Female.
On either side of Leah, Female, stood two giant Automata, each over 400 meters tall.
This 3D projection displayed Leah, Female's current situation.
Leah, Female was clenching her teeth, her face pale, and her expression was extremely grim.
Seeing the giant Automata behind her, she finally realized that it wasn't just her... it was the entire carbon-based lifeforms' race that had been foolishly deceived!
There was not just one Dominator Rank Automaton; there were two!
As they looked at the 3D projection, the two hundred carbon-based rulers were also trembling with fear, their faces drained of color.
In the past, they had always believed that the Northern Automata had only one Dominator Rank entity. After Leah, Female broke through to Dominator Rank, they thought they had the capital to turn the tide.
But now they realized how terribly wrong they had been.
Two Dominator Ranks!
How could Leah, Female possibly defeat two of them?
The carbon-based lifeforms would likely never rise again.
...
Beside Star, the Planetary Grade Automaton, a first-stage entity, spoke in a slow electronic voice to Leah, Female, whose face was alternating between green and white:
"Lea Manche, Female, I command you to surrender immediately. I fear you are not yet aware—this was all part of our plan, including your ascension to Planetary Grade and your appearance here.
Your power was cultivated by us. Without us, you would have no chance of reaching Planetary Grade."
"You? Planetary Grade?" Leah, Female's mind was in chaos. This was the first time she had heard the term "Planetary Grade."
"Indeed", the Planetary AI continued. "You don't even know the term 'Planetary Grade'... Let me give you a record file. Once you read it, everything will be clear."
With that, a blue radiance shone from the Planetary AI's head, and a massive amount of data flowed through it. Within seconds, a book-sized volume was generated, wrapped in a protective membrane and shot towards Leah, Female.
Leah, Female took the book with a grim expression, flipped it open, and read through it quickly.
Given her strength, she could finish the book in just a few dozen seconds. But to her surprise, the more she read, the more shocked she became!
The carbon-based strong ones in Crystal Grid City could also see the contents of the book through the 3D projection.
As they read, they were so stunned they couldn't speak, their worldviews nearly collapsing!
The first half of the book introduced the Triangulum Star System, the system they were in. From the introduction, they learned that the Automata had colonized countless planets.
And they, Grella-13, were just a minor planet among them.
The carbon-based lifeforms had never known that other civilizations existed beyond their planet. They had once considered launching spaceships to explore extraterrestrial civilizations, but the Automata had strictly forbidden it.
Now, seeing the true nature of the outside world, how could they not be amazed?
The second half of the book detailed the plan to cultivate Leah, Female.
From her birth to her growth, every step of her power increase, and all the extraordinary encounters along the way, were meticulously orchestrated by the Automata using considerable resources.
Reading the book, Leah, Female felt her heart race as she saw how perfectly her life's trajectory matched the plan.
She had always thought her early encounters were due to good luck, but now she realized the Automata had been secretly arranging them?
However, Leah, Female didn't fully believe it.
She stared directly at the Planetary AI and took a deep breath.
Holding the book, she said, "I've read the book, but how can you prove that the content is real?"
Hearing Leah, Female's question, the two hundred carbon-based strong ones, whose worldviews were on the verge of collapse, perked up.
They clung to this question like a drowning person grabbing a lifeline and shouted loudly, "Yes, how can you Automata prove that this is true?
"The entire star system is your territory? I don't believe it!"
"Is it possible that all this information is fabricated to mislead us?"
The voices of the carbon-based strong ones grew louder, and the two hundred Dominator Ranks speaking in unison drowned out the entire Crystal Grid City.
And they sincerely hoped it wasn't true. If it were, the carbon-based lifeforms would forever be livestock kept by the Automata, forever and ever.
