Chapter 1452: Let's Have a Child
Chapter 1452: Let's Have a Child
"I must admit, a beautiful love story is always enchanting."
Standing on the beach that had just endured a fiery trial, Albert turned his head and smiled at Ron and Hermione, who were looking their way. He then turned back to Harry at his side and said, "But Potter, I must remind you that if you're not mentally prepared, don't come to me. It will only waste our precious time."
Harry opened his mouth, looking as if he wanted to say something but stopped.
Finally, he lowered his head, looking rather dejected.
Harry knew he was wasting time, but he still couldn't let go of his current relationship with Ginny.
"What should I do now?"
He muttered to himself, as if asking Albert, and also asking himself.
"That's something only you can answer. Others can't give you much good advice."
After saying that, Albert waved to Hermione and Ron in the distance, signaling them to come over.
"Today's practice is over."
His gaze swept over the three of them, finally resting on the only girl, "Hermione did well and has started to grasp the knack of the dispelling curse. But she mustn't relax, especially when you truly encounter the worst-case scenario. Don't panic, because making a mistake in that situation could be fatal."
"Although you should be taking Felix Felicis at that time, it's not omnipotent either. Otherwise, we would have put the mysterious man back in his coffin long ago." Albert summed up today's training for the three of them.
After praising Hermione, he turned his gaze to the red-haired teenager next to her.
"You don't seem very keen on practicing the dispelling curse for the Fiery Curse, do you?"
"I'm just not very good at dispelling curses."
Ron met Albert's gaze, then quickly averted his eyes as if he had been scorched, saying dryly.
"The reason I'm teaching you and Hermione the dispelling curse first is that I hope you'll be able to save yourselves in the worst-case scenario. I won't deny that Harry's luck is very good, but you should never rely on luck to always favor you, especially at the most critical moments. Putting your hopes in your own luck is the most foolish thing to do."
Ron pouted, feeling resentful in his heart. He knew that the guy in front of him was infamously lucky, and it was hard to imagine hearing such words from him.
"Of the three of you, I have the least confidence in you."
Albert ignored Ron's reddening cheeks.
"Don't be in a hurry to deny it. Hermione and Harry both have their own determination, but you don't. Do you understand what I mean? You're just following them with the flow."
He raised his hand to stop Harry and Hermione, who wanted to say something for their friend, and continued, "But since you've come this far supporting each other, why not continue to support each other? You're already within reach of the final victory. Unless you plan to give up before that victory."
Before Ron could explode, Albert patted him on the shoulder and said, "So, hang in there. After the war is over, I can give you some tips on making a fortune. I know you've always been concerned about this."
"Really?" Ron said subconsciously.
"I rarely lie to people."
Albert raised his hand and waved his wand, cleaning up the traces on the beach, and then said to the three of them, "Let's go back."
"You shouldn't have said that to Ron."
As Albert was about to leave after sending the three of them back to the Phoenix headquarters, Hermione stopped him.
The girl was looking at him reproachfully.
"I'm just telling the truth, and I think Weasley needs this wake-up call." Albert met Hermione's gaze and then looked toward the corner, explaining calmly, "Your progress is a bit behind. Mastering the Fire Curse is just the basic requirement for you to invade Gringotts and destroy that item. After mastering that curse, you still have a lot to learn from me. Moreover, I think you don't like taking risks either. It would be extremely foolish to bet your only chance on your luck."
Seeing Hermione stunned, Albert waved his hand and left with a pop.
"He's gone!"
Hermione said to Harry and Ron, who were waiting for her at the corner.
"I don't know how Fred and George have put up with him." Ron couldn't help but complain. Although Albert said he would give him some tips on making money, he still couldn't take it.
"Albert is just more strict about certain things."
"Usually, that guy is too lazy to bother with us or say these things to us." Harry understood Albert better.
"Okay, it's all my fault." Ron said gloomily.
"It's not your fault. We just want the plan to succeed, that's all." Hermione stopped at the staircase and corrected him, turning her head.
"But our plans have hardly ever been put to use." Ron pointed this out directly.
"I know plans often don't keep up with changes, but we still need to be prepared, especially with Albert's reminder. He never does meaningless things!"
Hermione sighed, bringing up something she didn't want to mention.
"Don't forget about Charlie. That disaster should have been prevented."
Ron's face suddenly darkened. Charlie's death was almost a permanent wound for the Weasley family.
"You shouldn't have mentioned Charlie."
Looking at Ron's departing back, Harry rebuked.
"He needs to face reality. Unless you don't plan on taking Ron with you at that time."
Hermione's gaze turned serious, "And Harry, you need to step up."
"I've always..." Harry seemed to want to argue, but Hermione cut him off.
"If you really can't let go of Ginny, you can give her a child."
"A... child." Harry's cheeks flushed red, and he stammered.
"I think Ginny would be willing. A strong obsession can support you to live on after defeating the mysterious man." Hermione put her hand on Harry's shoulder and looked into his eyes, "From the beginning, Albert never intended to let you go to your death. He also wants you to find a reason to live on."
"But..."
Obviously, what Hermione said was completely beyond Harry's expectation.
"Your parents also got married right after graduation, and so did Albert. It's not something you can't talk about." Hermione winked at Harry, "I can be the godmother of the child."
"What if I die? It would be a disaster for Ginny." Harry didn't think it was a good idea.
To be honest, he didn't have much confidence in his ability to survive.
"At least the Potter family line won't be cut off." Hermione reminded him, "As long as you die, it will be a disaster for Ginny anyway, so you don't need to hesitate."
"As for Mrs. Weasley, you don't have to worry at all. By the time Ginny is really pregnant, the war will be over." Hermione smiled and reminded him, "At that time, you can just marry Ginny directly, and your love will have a happy ending."
"If we don't survive this war, the remaining wealth of the Potter family should be enough for Ginny and her child to live the rest of their lives peacefully. Moreover, at least give Ginny a reason not to join the final battle. Albert said that it would be a very tragic war, and many people will lose their lives."
