Chapter 1446: Two Days Later, the Monumental Secret Realm Opens (Thanks to I Love Avocado for the 3 x 1666 reward!)
"Are you sure it's a Second Rank Inner Space Artifact?" Lea asked again, her eyes darting to the ring on her finger. This ring, called the Brilliant Star, was a treasured heirloom passed down through over a dozen generations of clan leaders.
But ultimately, it was just a Second Rank Inner Space Artifact!
And Su Yu was offering it so casually?
"To be honest, I couldn't believe it at first either," Irelia said, meeting the astonished gazes around her. "But I trust that Senior Su Yu wouldn't deceive me. What would he gain from lying to me?"
As she spoke, Irelia's eyes gleamed with a mischievous light. She removed the spatial ring from her finger and held it up delicately with her fingertips for everyone to see.
A hint of a smile played on her lips as she continued, "Once I obtain the Second Rank Inner Space Artifact, I'll gift this First Rank one to the clan. Who would want to carry around such a tiny space anyway?"
"..." The surrounding high-ranking Humanoids showed signs of blushing. Was she being coy after getting a good deal? That little minx!
Not only were the other high-ranking Humanoids envious, but even Lea herself felt a mix of admiration and jealousy. If not for her pride, she might have considered accompanying Su Yu herself.
But this opportunity belonged to her sister...
"Cough, go boldly, Irelia!" Lea patted her sister's shoulder solemnly. "Approach Senior Su Yu without hesitation. Don't be afraid of sacrifice. Even if you die, it will be a contribution to the clan!"
"..." This time, it was Irelia's turn to be speechless.
...
...
Over the next two days, time flew by.
Su Yu's appearance had sent shockwaves throughout the Southern Hemisphere, and many were inquiring about his whereabouts.
The Automatons in the Northern Hemisphere were likely taking action as well, but no one knew their specific plans.
When word spread that Su Yu had no intention of involving himself in Humanoid affairs and instead chose to wander, the other races in the Southern Hemisphere were astonished.
A Dominator Apex like him, with two Stellarch Midrank followers, could have easily formed an independent force, potentially becoming the sixth-largest power in the Southern Hemisphere.
But Su Yu had chosen neither option, opting to wander instead. Many found this decision incomprehensible.
Could it be that Su Yu's lifespan was nearing its end, and he didn't want to trouble himself? Most forces, however, merely inquired out of curiosity and took no further action.
After all, the Monumental Secret Realm was about to open, and they had little time to act within the two-day window.
But it wasn't as if no one had designs on Su Yu. Take Magrathon, for instance, the former leader of the Omega faction.
As the leader of the Winged Spirit Race, Magrathon also suspected that Su Yu's lifespan was coming to an end. He immediately hatched a plan, thinking he might have a chance to reclaim Omega!
...
Two days later, at the entrance to the Monumental Secret Realm.
The Monumental Secret Realm was located on the southernmost continent, the Antarctic Continent, and its opening point was precisely at the South Pole.
The Antarctic Continent was perpetually covered in ice and snow, with temperatures ranging from -40 to -50 degrees Celsius, much like the Antarctic Continent on Blue Star.
However, the difference lay in the creatures inhabiting this planet, especially the high-ranking ones, who were immune to the cold. Consequently, none of them wore clothing, except for a few races like the Humanoids.
With just 20 minutes until the Monumental Secret Realm opened, a massive illusion had already materialized at the South Pole. This illusion gradually solidified, revealing a pitch-black entrance on the horizon.
At the entrance, the four Dominator Apex beings of the Southern Hemisphere stood side by side.
On the far left stood Lea Manche, the Humanoid Clan Leader; next to her was Lingge, the honorary leader of the Flying Bird Clan; in third was August, the Spirit of Trees; and finally, there was Laiken, the Lord of the Oceans and the sole ruler of the ocean-dwelling creatures.
There were five Dominator Apex beings in the Southern Hemisphere, and all but Magrathon, the leader of the Winged Spirit Race, had arrived.
Behind the four Dominator Apex beings stood their respective clans, arranged in circular formations.
The Humanoids, the Flying Bird Clan, the Tree Clan, and the Ocean Clan had each formed their own circles, sticking close to their allies.
Of course, the circle was missing the Beast Clan, led by the Winged Spirit Race, which dominated the Wind Thistle Continent.
Beyond the four major clans, over a hundred other races gathered around the periphery, eagerly observing the spectacle.
