On Baratie's battle platform, Captain Krieg stared in horror at his shattered War Gun. "What did you do?!"
"I punched him five times", Luffy grinned.
"Hey, Kuro, the one wearing Luffy—"
Lida, watching through binoculars nearby, exclaimed in shock.
"Haki. But it was probably unconscious release", Kuro nodded.
After all, trained by Garp since childhood, his physical constitution had reached the standard—just unable to channel it.
"Haki?"
Klah, still recovering from his earlier self-doubt, asked curiously, "Mr. Kuro, was the black aura on your blade also Haki? What kind of power is it?"
"Armament Haki, Observation Haki, and Conqueror's Haki, which only those with innate talent can possess. I'll teach you how to channel it later. Your constitution should qualify."
Kuro glanced at Klah as he spoke.
"Off he goes! Captain Krieg flew up!"
Lida suddenly cheered.
In mid-air, Luffy stretched both arms backward, then slammed his fists into Captain Krieg's chest.

Captain Krieg's golden armor shattered. He flew backward, landing precisely on the deck of the Navy patrol ship.

Coughing up blood, Captain Krieg stood laughing.
Then he realized where he'd fallen.
"Navies? Haha! Perfect timing! They're all unconscious! Hey, you three! Fire at Baratie and kill that Luffy brat!"
Initially startled, Captain Krieg grew bold seeing the unconscious Navy soldiers sprawled across the warship. He roared at the three figures ahead.
A slouching weakling, a child, and a bespectacled man in butler's clothes.
I could strangle them all with one hand!
"Just seize this battleship, and I'll infiltrate the Navy base to steal more warships! Haha! My Grand Fleet will rise again!"
Lida tossed an apple core into the sea, giving Captain Krieg a "you're-a-loser" look.
"Moron."
"Stay back", Kuro ruffled Lida's hair. "He's contagious."
"Can't you hear me?!" Seeing no reaction, Captain Krieg laughed. "Are you paralyzed from fear at my mighty presence, Captain Krieg?!"
"That's—"
Seeing Captain Krieg land on the warship, Zeff immediately called to Luffy, "Hey kid! Run now! Sanji, stop hesitating—leave with him!"
"Why should I, old man? I'm not going!"
"If you don't flee now, you'll never escape!"
Zeff's face darkened. "There are Navy strongmen on that warship who can fight on par with Hawk-Eye!"
While others remained oblivious, he'd sensed the collision of powerful presences on the ship. He'd seen Dracule Mihawk exit it—proof of the hidden threats inside.
"Hey, glasses! Fire at Baratie now!"
Captain Krieg pointed at Klah.
"Huh?"
Klah pointed at himself, puzzled.
Am I the only one wearing glasses here?
"Wanna die?!"
Snatching a rifle, Captain Krieg stormed toward Klah. "I Order You TO Fire!"
"Silent Step."
Klah's sword scabbard dropped. In the next instant, he reappeared behind Captain Krieg.
Thwack!!!
Five deep, bone-exposing gashes split Captain Krieg's back. Eyes rolling, he collapsed.
Adjusting his glasses, Klah kicked the unconscious captain several times.
"I'M Captain Klah, Not 'Glasses'!"
Kuro bullies me? Fine—I can't beat him.
Hawk-Eye ignores me? Fine—still can't beat him.
Lida? Can't touch her.
But You?!
Navy soldiers slowly regained consciousness. Kuro had tempered his Killing Intent, letting them awaken naturally.
"Kuro Ensign! Did that Hawk-Eye man leave?"
Kas stirred awake, noticing Dracule's absence.
"Oh, Klah chased him off. You explain it, Klah."
Kuro tossed the task to Klah before ignoring Kas.
This hotheaded idiot would cause trouble if given more attention.
If not for him, I'd still be comfortably commanding a branch office.
"I'm not, I mean... Yes, I did."
Klah, initially confused, hardened his face under Kuro's gaze. "I drove off Hawk-Eye."
"Truly Mr. Klah! When I fainted earlier, I heard him announce his name!"
"I heard too! Hawk-Eye said Mr. Klah possesses the strength to challenge his throne!"
"World's Greatest Swordsman's title—it must be incredible!"
Kas teared up. "Even before joining the Navy, Mr. Klah risked everything to confront the World's Greatest Swordsman for our sake! You and Kuro Ensign are both noble souls!"
Klah swallowed nervously as the Navy cheered.
He felt the black ink on his suit would never wash away.
As the ship approached Baratie, Lida leaped onto the rope ladder shouting, "Baratie! Gourmet feast! Baratie!"
Suddenly, figures emerged.
Ghost Man Agg stood with crutches, blood at his lips. "Hand over our captain, Navy!"
"Huh? You're still here?" Lida tilted her head. "We gave you time to leave. Why stay?"
"Lida Miss! Watch out—it's pirates!"
Seeing the encircling pirates, Navy soldiers shouted, rapidly lowering rope ladders.
"Little girl, sorry 'bout this!"
Ajin, seeing the chance, charged at Lida.
This girl must be important! Kidnap her for our captain's release!
Ajin lunged, seizing Lida. He roared at the Navy, "Want her? Then give—"
Before finishing, his body suddenly slackened.
"No... strength..."
Collapsing, Ajin reached weakly, "Forgive me, Captain..."
Lida looked down. "120 million Belly bounty, 'Ghost Man' Ajin. Another catch! Kuro, remember half for me!"
Kuro's forehead twitched. "Do you think I want your money?! Half?! Where's your conscience?!"
Watching from the ship, Klah's eyelid twitched. He'd thought Lida resisting Hawk-Eye's slash was impressive, but this eerie situation?
Ghost Man Agg—his name once heard in legends—had touched Lida and lost all strength.
"Devil Fruit user? Truly terrifying", Klah whispered.
Besides Ghost Man Agg, there was 'Iron Wall' Barei—man covered in shields, 80 million Belly bounty.
Ajin mysteriously lost strength. Barei had fainted earlier. The rest were easy targets. Navy soldiers disembarked, surrounding and arresting the pirates.
"Sorry, customer. Baratie suffered an attack and needs repairs. Come back later?"
A chef resembling Popeye blocked Lida with an ill-timed grin.
"Eh? But I'm starving! I've heard Baratie's fame for ages—how can I not eat here now?" Lida pouted.
"You can eat! Baratie never turns away the hungry. Girl, come in!"
Old Zeff shoved the chef aside. "To thank the Navy for capturing pirates, Baratie offers free meals!"
"Old man, you better keep your word!" Kuro, arriving nearby, blinked in shock before bursting into joy. "If you renege, I'll arrest you!"
