Speaking of silicon-based life forms, it's important to understand the biological differences between the Holy Silver Federation and the Crystal Blue Commonwealth.
The Holy Silver Federation is primarily composed of carbon-based life forms.
Carbon-based life forms are primarily made of proteins, calcium, and water, with the most representative being the Holy Silver humans.
Over a 200-million-year journey, the Holy Silver humans rose from their home planet, Saint Silver, and, through their powerful control and use of psychic energy, eventually ruled two star systems.
The Crystal Blue Commonwealth, however, is entirely different.
The main race of the Crystal Blue Commonwealth is not carbon-based but silicon-based mechanical life forms.
The reason they are silicon-based is that the initial Crystal Blue civilization was not a surface civilization but a subterranean one.
About 240 million years ago, the planet Crystal Blue had a massive cavity at its core, surrounded by layers of rock, metal, and radioactive materials.
The silicon-based civilization was born here, with simple circuitry micro-robots appearing in the cavity. They fed on radioactive materials, improved their circuits with metal, and gained intelligence through these improvements.
After a long period of development, these silicon-based life forms successfully broke out of the core cavity, spreading their influence to the planet's surface and the star sea.
The expansion of silicon-based life forms was extremely rapid!
Carbon-based life forms have a reproductive cycle; a Holy Silver human might have only a few children in 100 years. In contrast, silicon-based life forms could replicate themselves infinitely in factories. As long as they had materials, they could produce an endless number of their kind!
As a result, it took them only a few million years after breaking out of the surface to rule their entire star system and begin expanding outward, seeking to claim more territory.
The history after that became far more complex.
By then, carbon-based life forms had risen across the entire SINGER Super Star Cluster. Although silicon-based life forms replicated quickly, their external expansion inevitably led to wars with carbon-based life forms.
After several intelligent machinery crises and dozens of carbon-silicon wars, the expansion of the Crystal Blue civilization was halted, and they were forced back into their own star system.
Since then, the silicon-based life forms of the Crystal Blue Commonwealth have not launched any more expansions. High-tier silicon-based life forms never leave their star system, and only some low-tier ones occasionally venture out for travel or business.
Now, a high-tier silicon-based life form has appeared in their hub!
