Jaden stared at the Gate Guardian in awe for a moment before turning to Yu Xuan with excitement.
"It looks like an incredibly powerful creature has emerged!" he exclaimed. "We can't lose here, Yu Xuan."
"Of course not. My turn, draw." Yu Xuan drew a card. "I activate the Magic Card, 'Reverse of Adversity'! When there is a Special Summoned monster on your field and no monsters on my field, draw 2 cards." (Original Card)
After drawing, Yu Xuan revealed another card in his hand.
"I activate the Magic Card, 'Rogue's Parade'! Send 1 'Rogue Token Red', 1 'Rogue Token Yellow', and 1 'Rogue Token Black' from my hand to the Graveyard, then Special Summon 3 Level 4 or lower 'Rogue' monsters and 'Rogue-related' monsters from my Deck in face-up Defense Position!" (Original Card)

Yu Xuan searched his Deck and revealed three cards.

"If the 'Guardian of the Gate' is locked down, it'll be troublesome." Maze Brother 1 shouted, "So I activate my face-down Trap Card—Thunder Blast! By discarding 1 card, I can destroy any card on the field!"
He drew and discarded a card to the Graveyard.
"Discard 1 card to destroy 'XYZ-Dragon Cannon'!"
A black cloud spread in the air, and a hand slowly reached out. Thunderbolts rained down, and golden lightning struck the Divine Dragon Cannon, blowing the machine to smithereens as it left the field.
"Ah, what a shame. It's rare to see such a powerful monster as the Divine Dragon Cannon summoned," Jaden commented.
"It's fine." Yu Xuan remained calm. "In that case, I'll activate the Magic Card 'Rogue's Mandala' from my hand. Pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 'Rogue Token Red', 'Rogue Token Black', and 'Rogue Token Yellow' from the Graveyard." (Original Card)
This card wasn't exclusive to the anime, and while it didn't have a physical card, it was included in various video games like Duel Links and Power of Chaos.

The three ugly, yet somewhat cute, little creatures jumped up, their triangular pants-clad bottoms stuck together in an extremely ungraceful pose, spinning like a wheel of wind and fire.
A storm of black, green, and yellow swept through, thundering across the Maze Brothers' entire field. The massive Guardian of the Gate was instantly engulfed by the unmatched hurricane, its colossal body shredded to pieces by the myriad blades.
The brothers' eyes widened in shock.
"Impossible!" they exclaimed.
Their strongest monster, the invincible Guardian of the Gate, had been instantly defeated by these three triangular-pants-wearing weaklings? And the pose they struck was so mocking!
"I also activate the Magic Card, 'Horse Bone's Bargain,'" You Xuan said. "Send one Effect Monster from your field to the Graveyard, then draw two cards from your deck. I send 'Chaos Black' from my field to the Graveyard and draw two cards."
With an accelerated draw, You Xuan glanced at one of the cards he had drawn and smiled faintly.
It had arrived.
"I set two cards and end my turn," You Xuan announced.
At that moment, the Maze Brothers noticed the two students exchange a quick glance.
Jaden gave You Xuan a thumbs-up, which was met with a slight smile and a nod. Jaden then seemed to receive some sort of feedback, as he contentedly withdrew his gaze and eagerly rubbed his nose.
The brothers had a sudden sense of foreboding. However, the duel continued, and they could only temporarily suppress the doubts and unease in their hearts.
The younger Maze Brother began his turn. "I draw a card."
"At this moment," You Xuan said, waving his hand to reveal his back row, "I activate my face-down Trap Card, 'Chaos Trio!' Special Summon three 'Chaos Tokens' in Defense Position to your opponent's field! Go, Chaos Brothers!"
The Maze Brothers' empty field suddenly filled with the green, yellow, and black Chaos Tokens. One was lying on its stomach, its triangular-pants-clad bottom sticking up as it snored away, while another was drinking tea and eating snacks, and the third was reading a newspaper.

"Ahahaha, I see! So it's a field-locking tactic?" The older Maze Brother laughed. "Indeed, if one could normally achieve this combination, it would be a formidable tactic, locking down all five Monster Zones and preventing your opponent from Summoning any monsters.
But it seems you've overlooked something. This is a Tag-Team Duel, and the field zones are shared between partners. In other words, the two of us brothers have a total of ten Monster Zones.

"Exactly!" Jaden chimed in. "Now, let us show you the ultimate lockdown achieved through our bond! I activate my face-down Trap Card, 'Cosmic Shrinkage!' This card can only be activated when both players have five or fewer cards on their fields. As long as this Trap Card remains on the field, neither player can have more than five cards on their field!"
