"Who are these people?!"
The Vice Admiral clearly hesitated, staring at the winged figures. Where did they even come from?
Bang! Bang! Bang!
However, those riding flying discs swiftly closed in, drawing the spears strapped to their backs and hurling them toward the Vice Admirals operating the cannons.
Such forceful spears wouldn't seriously harm elite Marines like them, but they were enough to force them to retreat.
Then, countless spears simultaneously pierced into the cannon mouths, deforming the cannons facing Grand Line.
"That's..."
Klah looked up from below, frowning. "Skypiea Natives? They've joined the battle too? That Luffy..."
"The front defense has been breached."
On another side of the plaza, Vice Admiral Zhuge Liang gently waved his feathered fan toward the approaching warships, his expression brimming with confidence. "Unfortunately for them, they won't break through. Inform them - activate the mechanism."
"At once, Vice Admiral Zhuge Liang!"
A standby Navy officer saluted, then grabbed a Transponder Snail to dial the direct line. "Activating the switch now!"
Zhuge Liang placed the fan near his lips, smirking. "The direction they're breaking through is where we've placed countless Sea Mines. Once the switch activates, those mines will rise from below. Any pirate ship that collides with them will explode. Ohohoho, this is my intelligence."
"Report! Report!"
Almost as he finished speaking, the Transponder Snail in the Navy Vice Admiral's hand emitted a panicked voice: "The switch won't budge! It's jammed!"
"Nani?!"
Before Zhuge Liang could react, the Navy Vice Admiral's eyes widened. "What do you mean jammed?! Didn't we check it repeatedly?!"
"It's not jammed."
Zhuge Liang's expression darkened as he stared toward Grand Line. "Someone's stopped it."
From the sea surface, heads began surfacing.
Fishmen!
All of them wore grins. A fishman with a sun tattoo on his head raised his hand, giving a 'V' sign toward Headquarters.
"Sun Pirates, huh? So they've blocked the mechanism", Zhuge Liang closed his eyes, sighing. "My intelligence failed this time."
"Fishmen."
On the execution platform, Kuro scoffed. "Has Fishman Island officially broken with us? Hmph, flying from the sky, swimming in the sea - are land-running beasts coming next?"
"Kuro, I see the Mink Tribe!"
Lida held up a telescope, excited. "So many fuzzy humanoid creatures! And rabbits! So cute!"
Kuro: "..."
They actually brought the Mink Tribe?!
The massive pirate fleet's approach caused Navy observers to cry out in alarm.
"Hey, there's monkeys on that ship! Aren't they with the Mink Tribe? Wait, that's a shipwreck salvage vessel!"
"There's baboons! So many sword-carrying baboons! And a floating young girl above them!"
"Ivankov! And his Okama Army! They've come too!"
"Why are there giant insects?!"

On the plaza, Navy voices blended into chaos. Every Navy member from different regions recognized factions from their homelands, shouting their names.
But this only made the situation more shocking.
Straw Hat Pirates? Could they really muster such power?!
Sitting cross-legged on the execution platform, Shanks wore a faint smile toward the approaching warships. "This is Luffy's strength, Kuro. I believe he'll definitely win. Because he has the ability to unconsciously gather people's strength - something no Conqueror's Haki can match. He will win. This time, you've miscalculated."
"Ooooooohhh!!!"
From high above came distant roars. A massive shadow emerged near Headquarters' coastal waters. Everyone instinctively looked up, seeing a colossal black object blocking the sun, rapidly expanding as it plummeted downward.
"It's from above!!"
Smoker shouted. "No wonder we didn't detect them! How could they attack from above?!"
"PX-Z!!"
Sengoku raised his giant axe. "Fire upward!!"
Vroom!
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!!
The remaining Pacifistas simultaneously looked up, extending their hands to open their mouths, unleashing countless lasers toward the descending ship.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
However, the lasers striking the shadow seemed to bounce off, scattering rapidly and creating golden fireworks across the sky.
Unable to stop it!

The massive object crashed into the sea, creating a gigantic wave that surged high, drenching the coastline and slamming into nearby Navy forces, sending them flying backward.
Boa Hancock covered her face with both hands, her expression enraptured. "Ah, that's..."
The object was a ship.
Luffy's ship.
As the ship landed amidst splashing waves, it came closest to Headquarters, allowing everyone to clearly see the deck.
On the deck, Nami held her Clima-Tact while Usopp clutched a large bag. Behind them, Jinbei steered the ship. Robin stood with arms crossed, Brook held his hat, Franky struck his signature pose with arms together, and Chopper stood on his fists, hooves on hips.
At the front, Zoro and Sanji stood side by side - Zoro with one hand on his Wado Ichimonji, Sanji with hands in pockets, legs slightly bent.
Without exception, all wore smiles.
At the very front, the one crouching with a black hooded cloak, his hand resting on his Luffy, suddenly lifted his head. He revealed a toothy grin, locking eyes with Shanks on the execution platform.
"Luffy." Koby suddenly felt tears welling up.
"Luffy." Smoker's expression turned complex.
"Luffy!" Klah pushed his glasses up, his face darkening.
"Luffy, huh?" Yi Xiao's ears twitched as he smiled.
"Luffy!" William looked annoyed.
"Luffy!" Katakuri's eyes widened slightly, showing excitement.
"Luffy!!" Buggy gritted his teeth, growling.
Crocodile exhaled smoke silently.
Dracule Mihawk's lips curved slightly upward.
"Luffy, officer!!"
Hancock squealed like a fangirl.
"Red-Haired Shanks!!!"
Luffy took a deep breath, spreading his arms wide. "I've come for you!!!"
His voice echoed across the entire plaza, circling around as if carrying the wind, blowing Shanks' hair and Kuro's hooded cloak.
After the roar faded, Luffy stood, raising his fist toward the execution platform, his grin widening with confidence. "I'll defeat you!"
Kuro bit his cigar, slightly tilting his head to look down at the pirate ship nearly reaching shore, exhaling a puff of smoke.
"Hoo..."
