Migala and Dragon King whipped their heads toward Qiao Sang. Qiao Sang: "!!!"
Oh no! The Tenth Seat really did hear my inner thoughts! Qiao Sang raged internally, her expression stiffening briefly before recovering. "If I ever want to join the Beastmaster League, I'll definitely find you. But right now, I want to focus on the Interstellar Cup."

What? Spirit forms can reincarnate?! Qiao Sang shot Teacher Mikara a questioning look. Do you look like someone who knows? Migala responded with equal confusion.
"Li Ou Yasi should've reincarnated decades ago but remained here for unknown reasons", the Tenth Seat continued, eyeing the flower-shop-shaped Xialala. "You encountered it before crossing worlds. Perhaps... it waited for Xialala."
So Li Ou Yasi met Xialala before choosing rebirth.
"Xia Xia..." Xialala murmured, dazed as memories of their ancient bond surfaced.
Qiao Sang asked, "Did Li Ou Yasi know Xialala's fate afterward?"

Dragon King watched enviously.
"Thank you, Tenth Seat!" Qiao Sang beamed.
The Tenth Seat turned. A black hole materialized behind it like a yawning abyss.
Grrr... Dragon King felt urgency surge. Gathering courage, it opened its mouth—then faltered, wordless.
Suddenly, Migala spoke up. "Tenth Seat."
The Tenth Seat paused at the black hole's edge, glancing back. Dragon King stared at her, surprised she dared address the legend.
Migala held the Tenth Seat's gaze. "Dragon King. It's the one." She pointed at the bewildered Dragon King. "It desperately wishes to serve under you. Diligent and capable, it has experience managing its flock and proven leadership. Entrust it any mission and it will give its utmost. Please, grant it this chance."
Dragon King stared at its Beastmaster, stunned by the unexpected advocacy.
Dragon King... diligent and capable? Qiao Sang blinked.
The Tenth Seat studied Dragon King. "I remember you—valiant leader of the winged dragons."
Dragon King quivered with overwhelmed delight. The Tenth Seat remembered it!
"My position demands great responsibility. To serve under me, you must relinquish leadership, abandon your flock. Are you willing?" the Tenth Seat asked.
