Kuro rolled his White Eye and leaned against the wall, gesturing lazily, "By all means, continue. You don't mind me spectating, right?"
"Oro, Kuro—are you here to capture Old Man after the fight's over?" Kaido bellowed with laughter.
"Actually, I considered it."
Blowing out a plume of smoke, Kuro murmured, "But watching this, it's still uncertain who'll win."
Hearing this, Kaido's expression darkened. "Disrespecting Old Man, Kuro?!"
"Not at all. Just surprised", Kuro shrugged.
How could he not be surprised? He marveled at Luffy's growth and their prolonged battle. Kuro hadn't seen the details, but after such an extended fight, Kaido had activated his Full Power form. Yet even this transformation hadn't decided victory—this was no ordinary clash.

The launched fists collided mid-strike, merging into twin palms aimed straight at Kaido's chest. They met Wolf's Spirit Thundercloud's downward swing with a deafening Boom!

Missing his strike, Kaido roared and elongated his dragon head. From his neck burst forth Azure Dragon Form, snapping at Luffy's extended neck.
Luffy shrieked, yanking his head backward until it stretched past the watching Kuro. The bite missed completely.
"Gomu Gomu!"
Haki surged across Luffy's forehead. Reeling back, he launched forward with explosive force, slamming into Kaido's dragon head.
"Chime!!"
Bang!!
Head-on collision produced a thunderous boom. Kaido's dragon head snapped backward. The staff's strike halted mid-blow, exploding against Luffy's twin palms. Both fighters recoiled.
"Cursed little brat!"
Kaido's head reverted to Dragon Human Form, snarling furiously. A fresh wound bled from his nose.
Luffy grinned, teeth bared in his trademark semicircle. "Cursed old dragon!"
"Die, brat!"
Kaido spat another Heat Breath. Luffy dodged sideways, taunting, "Make me, old dragon!"
"This isn't some banter match!"
Kaido roared, transforming his lower body into dragon form. He soared intomidair, Wolf's Spirit Thundercloud spinning above his head. Black thunder crackled wildly, churning the stormy heavens above the crater.
"Destroy Three Worlds!"
Seeing this, Luffy's pupils contracted. Legs tensed, fists raised, his forearms suddenly swelled.
"Come!"
Boom!
Wolf's Spirit Thundercloud hadn't finished descending when Luffy vanished from his spot. His foot slammed into Kaido's wrists, halting the strike momentarily.
"Gomu Gomu!"
Luffy bellowed. The giant fists retracted, then exploded forward—one striking Kaido's chest, the other his abdomen.
The twin blows sent Kaido's eyes rolling white. The force overwhelmed him momentarily, coughing blood mid-air. But he gritted teeth, smashing his arms downward. Luffy's foot was forced back as Wolf's Spirit Thundercloud flashed with thunder, smashing into Luffy's head.
"Naraka!!"
Crash!!
The strike caved Luffy's head inward. Kaido roared, "You think holding Old Man back even slightly proves anything?! I'm Kaido!!"
Luffy's eyes rolled white from the impact. His body jetted sparks like a leaking balloon, ricocheting off walls. Kaido landed heavily, half-crouching and panting. Glaring at Luffy's battered form finally restoring its normal build, he grinned maliciously, "Had enough punishment yet, Luffy?"
