Boma's lips twitched as he watched the bomber return to his hand, his expression grim.
Although he had the Dark Aircraft Carrier, which could provide infinite renewal for the bomber by summoning it back from the Graveyard, the carrier couldn't do anything if the bomber was returned to his hand.
Additionally, the Giant Bomber - Air Raid Formation could only be Special Summoned from the Deck using the effect of "Summon Response Machine." Even in the hand, it couldn't be Normal Summoned by tributing monsters. Holding it in the hand was purely a dead card, serving no purpose.

The ice spikes from Light Cannon Dragon's attack finally struck, but they only hit empty air.

"Light Cannon Dragon, attack Boma directly!"

Boma roared.

Youxuan smiled. "Well, that's the spirit. If this ends with you crashing, I won't have had my fun."
He inserted another card into his back row.
"Cover another card. My turn ends."
