Yeshen, the Annihilator, evolves!
"God's Evolution can boost a deity's rank!" Yeshen shouted. "And the evolved deity's Attack and Defense both increase by 1000 points!"

"Battle Phase!"
As Yeshen declared the Battle Phase, You Bei's expression grew grave. "It's coming, Jou."
"I know", Jou braced himself.
Yeshen: "First, 'Supreme Sun' attacks 'Torture Titan'!"
Though the Torture Titan's Attack Power matched the Supreme Sun's, Yeshen decided the attack and defense forms during its summoning. Currently, the Torture Titan was in Defense Position, with a mere 300 Defense. Even if it were in Attack Position, the outcome would be the same—the Supreme Sun would automatically revive in the next turn.
The Supreme Sun unleashed a black flame, effortlessly piercing through the Torture Titan's steel body and reducing it to ashes.
"Next, Yeshen, the Annihilator, attacks 'Elemental Hero Neo Universe'!"
"Are we triggering the Annihilator's ability again because our Attack Powers are the same?" Jou asked.
But Yeshen laughed heartily.
"No, I have evolved even further!
Through 'God's Evolution,' Yeshen, the Annihilator, has gained a new ability!
When an evolved deity declares an attack, the opponent must choose one of their monsters to send to the Graveyard!"
Jou and You Bei gasped.
They were in trouble; their field now only had Elemental Hero Neo Universe.
"Indeed, you must choose 'Elemental Hero Neo Universe' to send to the Graveyard!" Yeshen said. "Perish in the power of the gods, Neo Universe!"
A massive Darkness Vortex opened above Neo Universe, and black hands seemed to reach out, grabbing Neo Universe's arms and forcibly dragging him into the void, as if he were being consumed by nothingness.

"I activate the Magic Card 'Hero's Legacy.' If there are three or more Level 4 or higher Elemental Heroes in my Graveyard, I can draw three cards from my Deck!" (Original effect)
Jou drew three more cards.
As he looked at the cards in his hand, he was momentarily lost in thought.
Staring at the card in his hand, he could almost hear the voice of his fallen comrade.
"Step forward into the future, You Cheng Shidai."

After a moment, Jou smiled warmly.
"Right, you're pushing me again." Jou muttered to himself. "Don't worry, I won't forget our promise."
"Never."
You Bei: "Jou, you—"
Jou looked up, his eyes still that resolute golden hue, radiating the aura of a king.
"I activate the Magic Card 'E Emergency Call' to add any 'Elemental Hero' from my Deck to my hand.
I add 'Elemental Hero Neo Yuzak' from my Deck to my hand."
A card glowing with a golden light popped out of Jou's Deck and was added to his hand.
"I then activate the Magic Card 'Imposter Hero' from my hand", Jou said. "Imposter Hero can Special Summon any 'Elemental Hero' monster directly from my hand.
However, the monster Special Summoned this way cannot attack and must return to my hand at the end of the turn.
Come forth, my spirit!
Elemental Hero Neo Yuzak!"

"Was that the Neo Universe hero who returned to your deck with Synchro? Looks like this is your most important monster", Yeshen mocked. "But what can a monster like this do now, especially since it can't attack when summoned and will return to your hand at the end of the turn?"
