"What is it that you want? Kill them in broad daylight? That will only cause more problems later down the road, I do not wish to have enemies when I can avoid them. It is easy to kill such people, but sometimes it is best to be careful. You may be bored, but I can't risk having my life endangered just yet. I have no one I can rely on in this world."
Wang Ling argued and shut the Gray Figure up. There are numerous legends concerning so-called 'experts' killing people who stand in their way in broad daylight then later say, "I wish for an ordinary life." or some nonsense close to that.
It is easy to avoid trouble and there are methods to sneaking passed situations without causing a ruckus. Till now, Wang Ling has yet to understand how such people have managed to avoid getting killed after making an enemy out of almost every expert in their respective worlds.
[Such an idiotic way of thought. Stupid people must run rampant in the olden days.]
Having such thoughts, Wang Ling retrieved the storage rings of the Immortal they had killed just now. The body of the Immortals have long turned to ashes, bone and all. Only their personal belongings remained. The weapons that remained were melted off and used as a material for Wang Ling's natal weapons.
[I also need to strengthen my weapons, to where it stands, even though Immortal Qi runs through it; for some odd reason the Reaper and Heaven's Will can't absorb the Blood Seeker.] His thoughts run wild as to what the reason may be but ended up empty handed. He easily melted the Immortal Artifacts and fed it to his weapons, he proceeded to calling back Suzhen inside his body and then he himself went to find an apt location to have Suzhen and the Flames of Destruction evolve.

"Have you confirmed the Origin of the 'burst'?" It was the voice of a man obscured from the world by a curtain while sitting on a throne.
"I apologize your majesty, but we have yet to determine where it originated. The purest of qi is still flowing out of the 'Origin' and the 'Void' is reacting, with such forces making a reaction we doubt we will be able to find it any time soon. We have to wait for some time in order to find the Tombs and his Legacy, by then, we can move with the second phase of his majesty's plans." Such is the report of the aide who had been on the side of the 'King' for eons.
"How long do you need?"
"We need 70 years at the least, the bursts will settle down around that time."
"Hmm, it matters not how long we have to wait. Whether it be 70 or 700 years, we can wait for the opportune time to move, if we make haste, it may only prove to be detrimental to us. Be patient, we have already waited for eons for this to happen."
"Yes, your Majesty."
In a gleaming palace constructed by the most glorious of gems, a burst of wild laughter echoed in the ears of countless "Nobles".
"But I have to say this first, your majesty. When the burst of the purest qi exploded, the Space on numerous worlds warped. I find such a coincidence as weird, I implore you to have the 'Nobles' of the Lower and Middle Realms to be warry."
"Do what you must. I will be returning to trying to open the Origin once again."
"Thank you for giving me your trust, your Majesty."

Around noon, Wang Ling finally had the chance to find the right location where the flame essence is densest. There was no Beast around the area, and even if there are they are mostly harmless to Wang Ling.
He found a good place. In front of him was a river of red hot lava. Emitting an enormous amount of qi, Wang Ling dove into the said river and went deep.
Not wasting any time he dove into the river and then went to the area with the densest flame essence. Calling upon the Flames of Destruction, the river of lava explodes with dark flames. But thanks to the viscosity it possesses, the black flames never emerged to the surface.
The Gray Figure noticed this and nodded its head as it acknowledged the craftiness Wang Ling held. Using the flame essence to mask the Flames of Destructions qi so he can focus on forming the avatar he envisions to create.
The avatar creation process has already been ingrained in the mind of Wang Ling. In a manner of a few short hours, Wang Ling's qi absorption had already drained half of the flame essence of the river.
Like before, Wang Ling did not get involved too much in the creation process and he just let his instincts mold the Flames of Destruction. He let his heart and mind reach harmonization and as his intentions finally reached its peak, a roar escaped his body.
Suzhen who had been quietly absorbing the flame essence with him jumped out in a surprise and then turned to look at the direction of the black flames that is atop the Spirit Ocean.
A grand blaze like no other, containing the essence of destruction and corrosion like no other. The Flames that can destroy the Worlds, the Flames of Destruction roared and without missing a beat the Flames of Destruction traveled all over his meridians.
Like a hungry beast, it emerged from his right hand. A giant maw comparable to the mightiest of beast emerged from his palms.
And from that maw came a magnificent beast. A magnificent mane fit for a king, a body with dark fur made of flames and a pair of terrifying white eyes. A roar emerges as the King announces its presence to the world.
Rumble!
With the roar of the Lion followed the rumbling of the clouds as the lightning tribulation gathered and prepared itself to descend.
The people that are around a 500-kilometer radius saw the tribulation rising and was surprised. Some were warry of what is happening and some curious.
Nonetheless, the tribulation caught a lot of attention. Wang Ling had no time to care about them. This tribulation was the same as the one that came for the creation of Suzhen. It is merely trying to erase the existence of the avatar.
"Boy, the tribulation has arrived, go and kill it. People are watching us, unlike the Flames of Creation the Flames of Destruction takes time to settle and become a genuine avatar, before the avatar of the Flames of Destruction emerge, go and call it back and slay the tribulation."
Wang Ling raised his brows in astonishment, "Kill? Can a tribulation even be killed?"
"Anything can be killed, that tribulation is just a Mortal Tribulation, in the presence of an Immortal it is nothing, besides, your sword and qi belong to Chaos, now, slay it! Boy, hurry!"
"Alright, do not worry! If what you say is true, then this is nothing!"
With a powerful burst of strength, Wang Ling called the Lion back to his body and he emerged from the river of lava. Drawing his blade, Wang Ling's divine sword qi went to full power and with a loud shout, Wang Ling brandished his sword and cleaved the dark clouds effectively slaying the Heavenly Tribulation.
As the dense dark clouds was cleaved in two, Wang Ling was already prepared to leave, but a loud voice echoed from the depths of the Flame Emperor's Garden.
"I thought we already flushed everyone outside this place, now, who do we have here??"
Trying to escape, Wang Ling hurriedly jumped back. This person was an expert he cannot take on with his current level and limitations. The pressure that is as heavy as a mountain bore down on Wang Ling appeared and from beyond the clouds came an old man with a long white beard.
The old man showed an interested gaze to Wang Ling as he commented, "A Divine Sword Qi at such a young age, how interesting. If you were from around here, I would have heard of you already, boy, answer me, who are you?"
