"How may I serve you, Young Master?" Butler Sun asked with a soft voice.

Wang Ling didn't say anything but took the items the maid brought to him and went to find a seat that was just a couple of meters away from the doors.

Wang Ling urged Butler Sun to follow him and the two of them went to take a sit before Wang Ling starting the conversation, "Butler Sun, do you think you can do me a favor?"

"Of course, Young Master, whatever you may need and we will do our best to bring it to you."

"Good, then, I have some things I want for you to collect. You can bring them to me as soon as possible but also for a later date." Wang Ling started taking out the items he had asked for and began grinding the inkstone.

Wang Ling placed the paper in front of him and used the brush to effortlessly write on the paper with elegance. He was doing some impressive calligraphy right now and Butler Sun was entranced at how steady his strokes were.

It only took Wang Ling a couple of minutes to complete the long list he needed to write. He handed the piece of paper to Butler Sun and didn't say anything and only let Butler Sun go over them.

"[Revitalizing Leaf, Holy Grass], [Angel's Feathers], [Whiskers of Heavens]… there's a lot of medicines that have the attribute of light in here. Is it for your cultivation Young Master?"

Butler Sun asked with a serious look on his face before continuing, "When I heard Qigang's words about you having the bloodline of some divine being, I doubted his words for I know about the hellish qi that dwells in your blood and the Master spoke of your bloodline mutation when he returned. But from this, it seems like Qigang's words were true."

A devil cultivator will not use anything that has anything to do with light or holy attribute as it would only cause them harm than good. In Butler Sun's eyes, what Wang Ling was doing signified he truly had the bloodline of the divine.

But Wang Ling shook his head which clearly confused Butler Sun.

"Do you mean what Qigang said was false?" Butler Sun asked.

"Qigang's wasn't wrong, the who is incorrect would be you, Butler Sun. Aside from my request of Saint Level beasts that have its cultivation sealed, everything else is for Yue and I also want to concoct a pill out of these ingredients."

Wang Ling made sure to clear Qigang's name in the process of clearing what misunderstood he might have created for the poor guy.

Butler Sun was still at loss for most parts of what Wang Ling had just said. Wang Yue's constitution was a special case, giving her qi related items or medicines would not be beneficial for her. Other than being a snack that is.

Butler Sun thinks that Wang Ling does not understand what exactly Wang Yue's constitution is. So, he began to explain.

"The Young Miss's constitution does not allow her to absorb qi so giving her this much energy might just be harmful to her. I fear that this might just cause qi deviation inside her body and run amok inside her body."

Wang Ling wagged his index finger around as if to say that what Butler Sun was talking about was wrong.

"What you say makes sense but earlier today, I circulated my angelic qi inside Yue's body and she accepted it like normal. I think her constitution does not forbid her from absorbing qi entirely so much so it only rejects qi that isn't matched with hers. My angelic qi came from the bloodline that connects me to Heaven Realm. I know, I already have hellish qi, I still don't know why I have this qi and hellish at the same time."

Wang Ling lied and showed a very sincere look on his face as he explained his 'circumstances' to Butler Sun. Butler Sun did not doubt his words because even the appearance was incomprehensible and unexpected.

Also, he was too much in shock to know that Wang Yue had actually managed to absorb qi. No matter what qi it was, it was still qi and it was enough to make Butler Sun jump in joy as he asked with a quivering voice.

"D—does that mean if we get these medicines, we will be able to make the Young Miss into a cultivator?"

Wang Ling nodded his head but reminded Butler Sun, "I am not sure if this will work out fine but there's more than 60 percent that Yue will become a cultivator after I do what I need to do.

"I'll procure the ingredients after the banquet is completed. See you later at night for the banquet Young Master. I will later have someone call you for the celebration."

Butler Sun got up and was ready to go out but Wang Ling stopped him as he added.

"Before you go, might I ask you if I can get the Minor Saint stage beasts that is going to get killed today? If that is not possible, can I at least for its soul? I also want its blood and blood essence." Wang Ling asked and Butler Sun readily agreed but still asked him.

"What do you need those souls for, Young Master?"

"It's for my bloodline." Wang Ling gave the answer nobody can doubt, at least for now that is.

Wang Ling came back to reading his books soon after Butler Sun got out of the library. He finally has time of his own and returned to learning the history of the realm.

Returning to reading books, he used four more hours before reading all the books regarding history on the first floor. He didn't learn anything new other than how treasures and resources became more bountiful than before.

However, there was nothing useful other than that. He looked around the first floor and began looking for any books that might be useful for him and came across the books regarding Alchemy, Blacksmithing, and ores.

Briefly reading through these books, Wang Ling at least managed to learn a thing or two in these books. He wanted to go to the second level of the building but before he could do so, someone went and entered the library to call him out for the banquet.

"Please, First Young Master, we must have you prepare for the banquet. Butler Sun said that if you wish to fight this idea, we are allowed to rough you up a little."

Wang Ling's spine shivered a little bit after sensing the maid in front of him was only at the foundational phase of cultivation he had to think where she got the courage to speak to him that. But when he saw the shadows moving around behind her, he had the general idea where to go.

Surrendering to what is inevitable, Wang Ling raised his hands and followed the maid out of the library. But before he could, Wang Ling turned back and looked at the second floor of the library before mumbling to himself, "Seems like he has no intention of coming out."

Wang Ling followed the maid closely and went to his own courtyard was the clothes he will need to wear was already prepared. Along the way, he saw many maids and guards greeting him so he returned the sentiment with greetings as well.

Being a part of a noble or powerful household like this one needs you to be kind in order to keep a healthy relationship with your people. This kind of thinking seems to be alien to some nobles so Wang Ling found it not surprising when most nobles experience an uprising.

Wang Ling found the robes prepared for him and upon looking at it he said, "Oh god, this is nice." He heaved a sigh of relief after seeing the robes on top of his bed was a white robe scholarly robe with golden hems.

It looked simple but it was made from high-quality materials that made Wang Ling smile.
