Chapter 15: He might agree.
"Psst, psst, Claressa"

"Pascal?"

Claressa had just woken up and she was surprised to see Pascal down there.

"Pascal, what are you doing here?", she asked him but before he could answer, he was interrupted.

"You know what? She's right. What are you doing here?"

They both turned their heads and saw her friends and Clark standing there.

"Now this getting interesting. What are you all doing here?", Claressa asked, waiting for their answer.

"Let's drop all this 'what are you doing here' questions and talk. I heard that you're the reason why a whole village is gone. Did you know there's a survivor?"

"Yeah, about that. I lost control and killed them. So, there was a survivor. But I don't get why you're blaming me. You're the ones who killed my
sister".

Her friends and her brother were watching this conversation and they noticed something. She seemed indifferent to the whole thing. Like it
didn't matter.

"What do you mean by we killed your sister? I myself am just hearing about this now".

"I don't believe you".

"Believe what you want but that's not the problem right now. My father's pretty pissed about what you did and he came for a meeting with your
dad".

"Your dad? Why's your dad meeting with my dad?"

"He wants to get rid of the problem".

"In English"

"He wants your father to kill you", Sunny said.

"You must be kidding me?"

Claressa glanced at Clark and saw that his eyes were red like he wanted to cry. Pascal saw the situation and hastily said, “Your father hasn't agreed to it".
"He might to agree to it", Claressa said all of a sudden and they all looked at her in shock.

She sat down on the floor. "Don't look shocked. You know very well that my father hates wars. What's more, nowadays it seems like he would do anything to save his own skin. That reminds me, has mother woken up?"

"Yes, she has. She's just weak and I don't think she knows you're in here", Clark said.

"That's good. Pascal, if I'm guessing right, your father has gone and you stayed behind. I suggest you go before your father notices. Please,
everyone leave. I want to be alone".
Once she finished what she wanted to say, she went into the dark corner of the cell and was silent.
