As he closed his mouth for a pause, Ellie started to languorously lick his parted lips. They were too dry so Ellie wanted to moisten them, but she could see the small gesture was having other effects on her partner. After some time, Ellie was lulled to sleep and Henry gave her some space. Henry rubbed her chest lazily with his hand as he watched her sleep. It was such a rare moment of peace that he savored it. He really hated that he could not pause the sluggishly rising dawn. He was no master of time who could stop the clocks and rushing cars. He could hear the delivery end of the city had already awoken to deliver packages and start prep work for the approaching day. Henry knew too that these were the few moments where she had let her inhibitions towards him down and out through some doorway in her mind. This progress was not easy and he knew that once she woke that Ellie would keep pushing him until their relationship was a place of pure peace. Henry wanted that, but he didn't want to think of the cost.

The day had still not broken when Ellie rose again. Her eyes opened widely as she assessed his presence in her bed. She rubbed her eyes as if she did not believe that it was he who was sitting there. The thought was deliciously arousing so he had gotten under the sheet to stare at the petals between her legs.
