"Uhm, did you guys know that I am a manga writer?"

Saibai cleared his throat and spoke out to relieve the tension in the living room . Following his queue, Tatsumaki spoke up .

"I am an S-Class Hero . "

Lala immediately cheered .

"I am a student . "

Mikan looked at her father with understanding and immediately spoke up .

"I am a student, too . "

Tearju smiled and adjusted her glasses .

"I am a teacher . "

Meanwhile, Fubuki felt enlightened and immediately followed the pattern .

"I'm an Class Hero . "

"I am a school nurse . " Ryōko moved in her uncomfortable, decent clothes and smiled lightly .

Ringo also nodded .

"I'm a fashion designer . "

In the meantime, Rito gazed at Saibai, who clearly had an even more awkward look . Saibai simply wanted to change the topic of conversation but the succeeding conversation proved to be a major blow to his pride .

Heroes, Students, Teacher, Designer and Nurse .

Rito suddenly spoke up as the whole group quietened down . Seeing this, he smiled silently . He knew that he was being grilled for his reckless actions but honestly, he didn't deserve such a treatment .

Secondly, this was still his house . If he was to get grilled, he needed to give them a proper reason .

As the girls focused themselves, Rito's words almost made them spit out their food .

Saibai and Tatsumaki immediately let out a laugh as they marvelled Ringo's innocent, yet, deadly reversal .

With a dirty grin, Saibai immediately nodded .

"Yeah, Rito . You are our little genius . Isn't that right, you lot?"

He looked at the remaining people as they immediately nodded and spoke out together .

"Yeah, Rito . You are our little genius . "

The plan backfired . Severely .

He huffed lightly and finally gazed at Ringo's face . She was a beautiful woman in her own right . Curves on the right places while her skin still remained supple due to her diligent maintenance . With a pair of brown shades on her forehead, she sported a fashionable dress that didn't follow this nation's dress code .

Rito opened his mouth, wishing to speak his piece but seeing the crowd, he held back . He didn't have any reason to sour the atmosphere further .

Finishing his breakfast, he folded his hands and muttered: Thank you for the food, before picking up his dishes .

"I am visiting U . A . today so I might get late . "

Rito came in and finally informed the group . While Tatsumaki, Ryōko and Tearju already knew of his situation, this piece of information came as a surprise to Mikan .

"Why didn't you tell me before? I would've made another bento for you . "

Anger aside, she still cared for Rito .

"What can I say? You simply didn't wait for me to speak up . "

Rito chuckled seeing her expression and finally spoke .

"Relax, they will be providing refreshments . "

"Fine . "

"Did you get some kind of sponsorship?"

Ringo, who wasn't aware of Rito's situation spoke up .

"Hmm? Oh, no . It's just that the recent events have allowed me and two other kids to gain hero training a little earlier . "

Rito explained as Ryōko stood up .

"I'll tag along . "

"Eh?"

The others glimpsed .

She simply reached to the neck of her turtleneck and adjusted it slightly while speaking .

"What? Did you forgot that I needed to give you a check-up in U . A . ?"

"Well? Do I need a check-up?"

Rito spoke as he helped Mikan mover her dishes to the kitchen . The group had finally eaten their breakfast so Mikan had already started the post-breakfast cleaning before leaving for school .

"Of course, you do . "

Ryōko nodded and looked at Saibai and Ringo .

"Mr and Mrs Yuuki, it was nice meeting the both of you . "

She stood up and grabbed her white lab coat while bowing lightly .

"Ms Mikado, the pleasure was ours . "

Ringo elbowed her husband before they both stood up and returned the bow .

Meanwhile, inside the kitchen, Rito looked at Mikan placing her dishes in the sink and smiled lightly .

"Say, do you want to do something together? Just the both of us?"

Mikan visibly flinched at his words and finally looked up . Since she was standing on a short stool, there wasn't much of a difference between their heights .

"Like?"

No matter how much she tried, Mikan couldn't hide the glimmer in her eyes .

"How about late night ice-cream? You love orange candy bars, right?"

Mikan thought carefully before shaking her head .

"Did your recent injuries made you forget your previous incident? If I am right, then it was because of going out with Ochaco for a late night snack, right? Think of something else . "

Rito knew that there won't be any threats this time but he still chose to do think of something else .

"How about me cooking for you? That's a nice change of pace, right?"

"It won't be just the two of us then . "

Mikan was sure that Tatsumaki, Lala and now, Fubuki would ask for a share as well .

"Sigh, what do you want then? Any ideas?"

Rito finally asked her own thoughts .

"Bath . "

"Come again?"

"I said that we bath together, just like we used to before you got hospitalized . "

Rito thought for a while and then nodded . It wasn't a problem, after all, she was his sister . Nothing more, nothing less .

"Sure! I'll be sure to sweat a lot today . "

Rito smiled and immediately placed his hand on Mikan's waist and pulled her body up into a hug .

"But don't get used to it . "

Mikan pouted lightly and finally muttered .

"Idiot Rito!"

After Rito and Ryōko left, Ringo looked at Tatsumaki and Fubuki with a strange gaze .

"Can I ask you both something?"

"Shoot . "

"Yes, Mrs Yuuki . "

Saibai was drinking his tea in leisure as he finally got to sit on the couch .

"Why are you living here?"

Tearju's ears perked up while she replaced Mikan in washing the dishes while Saibai also got interested .

Fubuki took a sip from her cup and shrugged .

"I don't know . Believe it or not, I am grounded by my Elder Sister . But even I find it strange that I am being made to stay here . "

After Fubuki spoke out, all the gazes gathered onto Tatsumaki . But being an expert psychic she was, Tatsumaki's control over her emotions were superb . . . not .

With a flustered expression, she looked around and finally spoke out .

"Oh please, if I am not here to reign him in, Rito would keep on doing stupid things, just like how he almost got killed before getting his quirk . "

Tatsumaki huffed and floated away while covering Fubuki with her psychic energy and taking her away .

"What did I even do?"

Fubuki spoke with a distressed expression .

"You need to discipline yourself . What if with these clothes?!"

"I am matching your outfit . "

Just like that, Fubuki was taken away but the tension inside the living room only grew . Feeling the strange atmosphere, Lala tilted her head and looked at Ringo, who had an extremely cold face .

"Saibai . . . what did she mean that 'Rito almost got killed'?"

She turned towards Saibai and stood up meanwhile Mikan quickly came out of the kitchen and hinted Lala to come inside the kitchen .

"Oh— that? Um . . . eh, hehehe . . . phew, does anyone feel that the room is getting colder?"

Saibai wiped the sweat off his forehead and looked around only to find himself alone .

"Answer me . . . "

Saibai's heart went cold as he felt his heart turning cold .

Not daring to meet his raging wife's gaze, he looked down and slowly started to explain everything she had missed out .
