Birth of a beauty Chapter 6

Hearing Su yumi, Seulbi couldn't help but chuckle a little . Su yumi was confused why she was chuckling suddenly so she was about ask Seulbi .

Before Su Yumi could ask anything, Seulbi stared at Su yumi and said "Yumi, i know that i am feeling sad and you want to comfort me . But those words are quite . . exaggerating . . I mean . . a lot unbelievable for me . . "

Su yumi watched her granddaughter sweetly complaining at her words .

She sighed and said " Being beautiful doesn't mean having good face or having good body features . . . If your heart is pure and good enough then no matter how you look it doesn't matter anymore . . So, Seulbi, my child, Your heart is good enough to show your beautyness . . "

Suelbi lowered her head . A wave of warm feeling occupied Seulbi's heart but then, suddenly, the images of her friends bullying her, all people side talking about her, kids laughing looking at her , her step mother and step siblings feeling embarrased walking with her popped up in her mind slowly . This caused the warm feeling to fade away instantly and made her urge to cry .

Su yumi noticed Seulbi's silence for a long time . "Are you alright, Seulbi?!" Su yumi patted her shoulder while asking her .

The sudden touch made Seulbi to return back to her senses . She controlled herself from crying then lifted her head staring at Su yumi's dark pupils and said "But, Do you know yumi . . The way you think is vastly different from others . . You look at inner beauty but others . . looks only at either money or beauty . . If someone don't have even one of the two things . . they are regarded as useless people or people with no value . . I was born like this!! . . Is this my fault for being ugly?! . . . Or Is this in my hands to be beautiful or not?! . . Yumi,I have you so that i have confidence to fight with these things but what about those people who are like me and are all alone . . They don't have anyone by their side . . I know how sad they will feel . . "

The rims of her eyes became red, Seulbi didn't wanted to cry but she felt something heaviness in her throat making her breath unsettled .

After hearing long speech by her granddaughter, Su Yumi's heart softened . She felt Seulbi really was suffering a lot from long time but she didn't tell anyone .

She hugged Seulbi and patted her back softly which made Seulbi to tremble slightly . Slowly, the tears that were controlled by Seulbi was now burst like a flowing river .

"Oh . . . my child is really awesome . . You are really beautiful and those people who thinks that way have really ugly thinking . . Don't mind them, baby . . . Now, let's forget about this things . . It's already pretty late and you haven't eaten yet . Tommorow, you have to go to school . So, let's go eat something first then sleep nicely . "

Seulbi wiped her tears and noded . They both ate dinner together . After Su yumi confirmed Seulbi was sound asleep, she got out and closed the door slowly and lightly .

Su yumi was still worried about Seulbi . She shool her head to fade her thought and went to her room .
