Chapter 222: Can't Talk About Love
Qin Lan sighed. “Our tastes are really similar. You ordered both of my favorite dishes.”
Su Wan smiled.
Su Wan knew Qin Lan's preferences.
She ordered two of Qin Lan's favorite dishes and then a few of her own.
There were a total of four dishes and one soup.
It was a little too much for two people.
“Wan wan, did Jing Chen mention when he would remarry you?”
Su Wan paused when she heard this. She adjusted her breathing and said calmly, “I didn't say that, but we just got a divorce. It's better to do it after a while.”
“Yes, that's true. Otherwise, it would be too deliberate.”
Qin Lan agreed.
While they were waiting for the dishes, the child at the next table suddenly cried and screamed. The elders were also in a mess because of this. The elders that could not get the child under control were worried that they would disturb others, so they went to the tables near them to apologize.

With that, she looked at the table. Every elder seemed to be in a hurry. They surrounded the child, not knowing if they should coax him or not. Their faces were filled with heartache.
The child bumped into her and cried loudly for a while before she started to moan. His big watery eyes were still filled with tears. His round face was on his mother's shoulder and he looked quite comfortable.
He looked like she was only a few months or a year old. Su Wan was a little uncertain.
But the child was really cute. Su Wan was mesmerized by him and wished she could go up and pinch his little face to see if it would be so tender that water would flow out.
When Qin Lan saw that the dishes were already served, Su Wan's gaze was still glued to the table. The people at that table were already prepared to leave.
Perhaps it was because Su Wan's gaze was too focused and warm, the woman who had come to apologize just now glanced at Su Wan again and smiled at her. She then turned around, followed them, and left.
At this moment, Su Wan came back to her senses and focused on the dishes on the dining table.
Qin Lan watched the whole process. After thinking about it, she asked, “Does Wan wan like children a lot?”
Su Wan was stunned for a moment. Soon, she picked up a piece of meat and placed it in her bowl. She smiled and said, “I don't really like them. I feel that it will be very tiring to take care of the child.”
