He couldn't help but just stared at her. Her skin was unblemished and perfectly toned. And her nose was small and pointed. And her curled down her back in silky black ripples and her wispy bangs tickled the side of her right cheek. She looked perfect and strong, without a single weakness.

He snapped out of his trance when she was a few feet away from him.

He stood up, in all his grandeur. He was an inch taller than Nian Jiezhen. He was wearing a tailored black suit with a charming red tie. His chiseled jaw lifted with a proud, pleasant smile. His eyes a sparkling hazel eyes, and his soft, feather-like black hair brushed away from his brow. He looked so charming and smart.

"Are you perhaps, Ms. Nian Jiezhen?" His voice was that of any rich boy, honeyed and proud. Every word he said sounded beautiful but she felt no compassion or trust for the speaker.

Just by looking at him, she could already tell that he was one hell of a player.

Nian Jiezhen looked at his hand before she reached out and accepted his handshake, "Yes, that's me. You must be the man that my parents have talked about."

"I hope they said good things about me." He chuckled lightly, "My name is Huang Jingyu."

After he introduced himself, he went to her, "Let me take that." He took her coat and gave it to the waitress.

When he saw her smooth looking shoulders, his eyes glistened. He pulled a chair for her. Nian Jiezhen sat and waited for him to sit in front of her.

"So Mr. Huang, are you here in Milan because of business?" Nian Jiezhen turned and watched the waitress pour wine in her glass.

"Yes, in fact, your father and my parents have become good friends on this trip, I hope that we could be the same."

Nian Jiezhen sneered inside her. Her parents really had done it this time. They were able to find a tall and good-looking man for her but that didn't pique her interest. She was not interested in having any close relationship with him in the first place.

"Why don't we order first before we continue on our conversation?" asked Huang Jingyu.

"Okay."

The waitress handed them the menu and Nian Jiezhen scanned through it.

After giving their orders, Nian Jiezhen didn't forget to order food for takeout for her pregnant guest at home.

"Those take out are for?" Huang Jingyu trailed off, waiting for her to answer.

"My cousin-in-law. She wanted me to bring her food from here." She simply answered.

"Oh, I see." Huang Jingyu chuckled a bit. "Anyway, while we're waiting for our food, I want to know more about you."

Nian Jiezhen raised a brow as she looked at him, "I don't think that I need to tell you anything, especially when you already know about it."

Huang Jingyu smiled, "I didn't look into everything about you, if I have, I won't be asking questions right now."

"Have our parents already discussed about our arranged marriage?" She asked directly.

He blinked a few times because of her straightforwardness, he ended up chuckling lightly at that, "My, we could have talked about other things before getting to that topic you know. I really wanted to know you more."

She rested her back against her seat before she crossed her arms, ignoring what he just said. "From the looks of it, you don't mind getting married to me."

"That's true. I am single and it's about time for me to have a wife so why not?"

"Don't you have someone you love?"

He shrugged, "No, I don't."

"Well then, let me get straight to the point, just like you, I don't really mind getting married to you as long as you agree with ALL my conditions."

He ended up smirking at her words, "I have my own conditions as well but let me hear yours first."

Nian Jiezhen opened her mouth but her words got stuck when she saw a familiar face who entered the room.

A beautiful woman stood by the entrance, scanning the whole room as if she was looking for someone. The waiter who was about to greet her was astounded by her beauty that she forgot to greet.

The woman was in the full splendor of her beauty. Her long jet-black hair was tied into a high ponytail, although there were loose thin strands of her hair on the side of her face. Her eyes, which cast the brilliance of a black diamond, were perfectly beautiful, and yet were at the same time full of maturity and fierceness, especially with her dark eye makeup on. Her lips were rosy, her fair skin was admired for its smoothness and its softness. Her long legs captured everyone's attention. She was wearing a thick cashmere coat and under it was a simple gray shirt and jeans pants. Her black ankle-boots made her a few inches taller than she already was.

When Nian Jiezhen saw her, she remained for a moment dazzled.

When their eyes met, the woman gave her a charming smile as she exclaimed, "Princess!"
