"Wifey, stop listening to others nonsense. You are not an idiot! my wifey is not only gorgeous but also the smartest woman i have known!" Shin sincerely spoken.

"hmph! Shin stop with your sweet-talks, i'm not a kid." Yeri took a sip from her smoothie to stop herself from giggling, she used to get annoyed or indifferent over Shin's rubbish but now it made her feel happy.

Not good! why is she so gullible now? maybe she really turned into an idiot after the coma.

"wait- so you sent me that message because of Zahn?"

"I was just irritated, sorry..." Yeri pouted.

Shin widely smile, his wifey is so cute! "Don't apologize, you can always tell me whatever you want."

Yeri nodded, she decided not to tell Shin about Professor Song since it would seem like she's guilty, anyway there's nothing special or something going on between them, it was just Zahn who misunderstood.

"I'm just curious though, what happened between your Family and the Songs?" Yeri asked.

"It's just another story of human greed and desire for power, really not that interesting..." Shin grinned, glancing at her while putting the food he bought at the refrigerator. "the enmity started even before i was born, the Songs are known as a political dynasty, they were originally residing here in Sin City but then they moved to Lake Zurich, the second largest City of our Country and they have been ruling there till now."

"hmm, then why did Dr. Neri said the Songs lost the election years ago because of you?"

Shin chuckled, amuse of his wifey's curiosity, she was never interested about his life before.

"What?" Yeri frowned.

Shin leans in and kisses Yeri's soft lips, tasting the smoothie she's drinking. "I love you so much..."

Yeri was completely unprepared that she almost choke from her drink, lightly coughing, she wanted to say something but she's at a loss for words.

Shin quickly grab a glass of water and tissue. "Sorry love, i couldn't stop myself, you ok?"

Yeri glared at Shin pretending to be annoyed, hoping he won't notice her flustered face. "Shin how can you be so sure you won't change your mind about me?"

"Wifey, why are you doubting your husband? how about we confess to your Parents so we can get married soon?" Shin gently said while massaging her back.

"...." what's with this feeling of fireworks in her heart?

Later that night, 11:00 pm.

Tristan parked his lamborghini car at a famous casino and tossed the key to a waiting valet attendant.

"Good evening Young Master Felan! welcome to Imperial Casino." the attendant politely bowed.

Tristan smiled and handed a tip before walking to the usual VIP room where they always gather.

"Tristan! you're finally here!" Jie happily greeted. "tonight let's all get wasted! I'd been waiting for this moment where i can finally invite girls, hehe! they will be here soon...Shin won't get mad right? afterall, he already have a girlfriend."

"you're drinking by yourself?" Tristan frowned.

"I just started, where's Shin?"

"He left early to visit his girlfriend, better call Zahn maybe Shin's still at the hospital."

"Again? is his girlfriend more important now than his work? is she really that worth it? she should be considerate, Shin isn't just your ordinary CEO...don't you also think that this woman is a bad influence to Shin?"

"Nope!" Tristan nonchalantly said while pouring himself a glass of liquor, my life is easy with Sheri.

"Why?! don't you find it odd? we all know Shin, there's no way he'll prioritize a woman-"

Jie paused, his eyes widened looking at the picture of a woman from Tristan's phone. "Who's that goddess?!"

"you were saying?" Tristan smirked.

"let's talk about Shin's girlfriend later, tell me who's that goddess? your new girlfriend? did you invite her today?"

"Since you've been bugging me about Shin's woman for sometime now, well...meet Sheri."

"This is Shin's girlfriend?! this woman? what a lie! i don't believe you..." Jie exclaimed, his facial expression rapidly changes into different emotions while scrutinizing the picture.

"Don't believe what? her face or how did Shin got a woman with this calibre or both?"

"no Bro, I trust your judgement when it comes to women, does she have a sister?" Jie's eyes gleamed with anticipation.

"a brother, you want his number?" Tristan smiled deviously.

"tsk! this is exactly the kind of problem that our government should look into! couples who can produce this kind of offspring should procreate more daughters!" Jie blabbered, drinking his alcohol in one go. "wait- why do you have a picture of Shin's girlfriend?...aha! you also like her!"

"ha.ha. Idiot! i'm planning to sell this to Shin." Tristan said, snatching his phone back.

"hahaha! why would Shin buy that if he has the real one? Shin isn't like us, with his personality i bet he hasn't even sleep with her yet unless she tricked Shin." Jie jested.

"oh? wanna bet? loser gets to pay tonight's bill, of course that includes the money for betting games." Tristan confidently challenge Jie.

"deal! better ready your card bro coz i'm not holding back." Jie raised his glass.

Tristan grinned from ear to ear, tonight's expenses is secured!
