"ugh! how annoying!" she disdainfully remarked.

"who? me?" Tristan smirked, he just got out from the kitchen eating sandwich.

Yeri just glared at him, she have nothing to say to a useless guy who didn't helped her escape.

After half an hour, Shin went out wearing a new suit.

"did you guys had a quickie?" Tristan playfully asked that only Shin can hear.

"shut up!" Shin spoke looking flustered.

Tristan quickly caught up from Shin's expression, "don't you know its not healthy to always do it yourself?" he taunted.

Because of Tristan's words, his mind did a flashback of what transpired earlier, how can he forgot Yeri's body!

"Shin can i go shopping?" Yeri suddenly butted in. "oops! sorry to interrupt..."

Shin's expression stiffened while Tristan is grinning widely. "ahem!...sure babe, im going back to work so i'll just drop you where you want also my bodyguards will follow you, don't worry they will do it discretely."

"ok...Shin can i possibly choose my bodyguards?" Yeri asked.

Shin frowned and so Yeri justified herself. "i mean, they should be very capable and strong right?! and someone that i can get along with. I'm actually good in choosing people!"

"you don't have to get along with them." Shin firmly said, they should worry on how to keep there limbs together instead of getting along! yet seeing Yeri's dejected face, Shin slightly conceded. "alright, I'll let you handpicked them but it's not final, it will depend if there really that capable."

"got it!" Yeri exclaimed.

"you know how to assess people?" Tristan scoffed.

"whatever! I'm not talking to you." Yeri nonchalantly replied.

At a wide hallway outside Shin's penthouse, a group of 20 elite bodyguards lined in 2 rows while Shin, Yeri and Tristan were standing in front of them.

A few minutes earlier, Shin told them the specifics and Yeri get to choose her 5 bodyguards. However, after Yeri pointed her choice, there was a dead silence you can even hear a pin-drop.

Even Tristan for a moment was rendered speechless, no matter how you look at it, Yeri actually choose the most physically good-looking men that even a kid can tell. Did she finally flipped after a week of lockdown? she did not even chose the head bodyguard.

On the other hand, all the bodyguards were actually on edge after the youngmiss said her threat earlier, some of them already said their goodbyes to there love ones, then a miracle happened and it seems like the boss is finally in a good mood! but who would have thought that its only temporary.

Is the youngmiss holding a grudge against them? or maybe she's just tripping?

"not good enough..." Tristan spoke breaking the silence, he then patted Yeri's head, "nice try though."

Yeri gave him a questioning expression and Tristan did a side-eye to Shin who now looked like his drowning in an ocean of vinegar. It was then that Yeri realize her blunder.

"if you wanna see the daylight outside then shut-up" Tristan whispered to her and proceeded to speak. "Reg, as there leader, you know very well each and everyones strengths and capability, i'll let you re-pick instead.

"yes boss Tristan!" Reg answered.

Yeri constantly glance at Shin, why is he not talking? When Shin allowed her to choose it was like a dream come true for her, doesn't she always want to be surrounded by men of her own choice? she was overwhelmed with excitement and happiness that she lost tracked of her initial plan (choose only 2 of her fave, then 1 ok and 2-nevermind... ) but she ended up choosing all of her bias.

"uhm...Shin let's go?" she sweetly asked hugging Shin's arm.

"hmmm...you didn't forget anything?" Shin gently responded, but his gaze did not budge from the 5 bodyguards Yeri chosen, his eyes filled with murderous intent.

"oh! my bag, wait i'll get it"

The moment Yeri is out of sight, the murderous and eerie atmosphere intensified.

"Those 5 people earlier come in front" Shin coldly spoke and glared at each one of them. "lame...you all look frail and pathetic, how did you all even pass the training!? blah blah blah...go back to zone 5 for retraining!"

The 5 men gladly accepted, zone 5 is a mountainous district in Sin City and where the training site is situated for those who wanted to work under Shin Keir, it's not even considered a training but a death maze, however at this moment its still better than having eyes stew plus even as a trainee there already highly paid.

'he obviously just want to get rid of them for catching his wife's attention' Tristan thought.

When Yeri came back the 5 bodyguards that Reg chosen is already standing in front.

"these are the 5 bodyguards appointed to you" Shin smiled at her in satisfaction."if you notice them around just ignore them."

'ignore?' Yeri looked confused. "ok, anyways it would be rude of me not to know your names so-"

"there's no need to know them personally," Shin cut her off, "as a part of my security there known by codenames."

'eh codenames?! since when boss?' all the bodyguards muttered internally.

Shin grinned deviously, "just remember their codenames... eyes, ears, nose, mouth and brain."

The 5th guy turned pale, why is the boss unfair to him? base on there codenames the boss obviously want him dead... huhuhu why?

Tristan chuckled, what a heartless person! even bullying his own people, much worst for the 5th guy just coz he look pleasing.
