Stumped for words, Yeri remained silent...'such a thick-face! is this how he acquired his billions by blackmailing people?!'

"do you want me to refresh your mind of what happened? though i doubt you will remember", Shin continued.."theres a saying 'ignorance is not an excuse', that also means you should take responsibility!"

'grrrr this guy!!!' Yeri suddenly feel mentally exhausted, she thinks Shin is someone who doesnt stop until everyone agrees on him...must be the 'CEO mentality', so arguing with him is just tiresome.

After her self-talk, Yeri decided to concede for now. She have a lot to say but since its pointless, she gritted her teeth and smiled to him sweetly..."then please take care of me, CEO Keir."

A bit startled, Shin looked doubtful towards her but quickly retained his stoic poker-face before she would change her mind. "hmm same here...and again stop calling me CEO Keir, just Shin will do."

Again Yeri just smiled and decided to finish her food.

But soon after, Shin hounded her with questions about the things that she like or do, her phone no., school life...etc giving her severe migraine.

It was already past 12 noon when they left the restaurant.

Manager Henry stayed in bowing position til the couple walked out of the door, a broad grin plastered on his face.

Secretary Yun told him earlier that according to the CEO, his gf like the steak, giving them a large tip and they will most likely visit again in the future. This news has left him totally flabbergasted! his intuition is right! he'll make sure to please the young miss on their next visit.

Their car halted at the back gate of SC University, Yeri is about to leave when Shin pulled her in again and kissed her passionately.

Taken by surprise, Yeri just let it go since kissing is also her source of power, its just unfortunate that the crazy CEO is too troublesome.

"message me later...", Shin softly said while patting her cheeks and then kissed her forehead.

"hmm...thank you for the meal CEO- uhm...anyways bye!" she replied impatiently and hurriedly left.

Shin watched til Yeri's receding figure is long gone, he was deep in thought that he didnt heard Secretary Yun asking him where to go...half an hour has already passed when they left the place.

Closing his eyes to rest, Shin thought of his unexpected encounter with Yeri...from that contemptible meeting, quarreling with her and spending the night.

At the moment, his still unsure if what he feels towards her is love or just infatuation but for some inexplicable reason, a sudden feeling of emptiness returned as he watched her leave...

a feeling his so familiar with but he never really minded before...

Yeri anxiously knocked at Nina's room, she needed to get her things from last night and message her parents. minutes after, she heard the door unlocked and a haggard Nina showed-up.

"Yeri Zhi! how dare you!", she scowled at her the moment she saw her face, "where have you been?!" "do you know how long i waited for you?!" nina said in a disgruntled voice.

"sorry...i booked a room last night" Yeri spoke in a monotone voice.

"you- arrghh you're unbelievable!" feeling frustrated, Nina stomped her feet like a kid, "just so you know i was looking for you all over that freakin place! i even slept in my car til 5am waiting for you!"

"im so sorry i was wrong! i was so dead drunk...ill make it up to you, i promise!" Yeri said pleadingly.

"whatever!" Nina just rolled her eyes and gestured to let her in.

They briefly chatted then Yeri left after getting her things.

On her way to her room, she checked her phone and was taken aback with the numerous missed calls and text messages from her mother, 'uh so tiresome...' she thought.

Although she doesnt like to stay at home, Yeri decided to stay there for a week to please her parents and at the same time hide from the crazy CEO! better to be safe than sorry.

Yeri turned off her phone after sending her mom a text message stating that shes going home a bit later, it would be better to listen to her mom's rant all at once than calling her now and get scolded again later also to avoid a certain someone's sms.

"freedom!" Yeri happily shouted while slumping on her couch.
