Roline listened but later she claimed to be sleepy. when she reached the stairs, she saw herself in An kai's hands walking up the stairs. she even saw herself looking at An kai as he smiled, everything in the Han house had something to do with An kai.

she walked up quickly not to get into another daze but when her eyes looked at the closed door in the far corner from her room, Roline was able to hear herself laughing really loud. she saw herself complaining to An kai about the kiss bills but minutes later, Roline found herself in An kai's room. she walked there in a daze.

looking at the well layed bed. everything was in its position. even her skin care products were well layed on the table.

but time still went on, Roline covered himself in the bed and fell asleep. she hugged the pillow just like she used to hug An kai to sleep and as for An kai, he kept tossing and turning in bed. he wasn't sleepy at all.

when Roline sent him the paint, he deleted all the messages he had kept from their texts when still in Tria.

An kai reached for his phone out of habit, he wanted to reread all those texts but they weren't there, he turned to his photos. he had photos of Roline with himself. the photos they took after Roline's check up in the hospital after their first night in Tria.

"you said that good memories help to soothe pain but it doesn't work, I can't explain the pain am feeling but it hurts terribly.

I don't want to stay with you 24/7, I just want to know that you love me back. I want you to find me a place in your heart. An kai felt really bad. tear beads started to form slowly in his eyes but it was really too embarrassing to cry.

of all the years he had lived, today was the first time he felt so much pain that he wanted to cry it out. he wanted to shout so loud, loud that all the pain he was feeling could disappear with the cries, but what about the woman who gave up everything just to care for him? the woman who smiles bright just because he's fine.

thinking of Xia, An kai put away his phone and layed himself down. he closed his eyes so that tears never get the chance to come out.

it didn't take long before the sun rose again, when Roline woke up, she headed for her bedroom. she unpacked her luggage but soon, her eyes landed on the paint and when she walked closer, her eyes saw a familia handwriting on one of the corners of the paint.

" advise the artist to re-do your curves, legs and chest." those were the words written on it.

a slight smile appeared on Roline's face but soon, it disappeared as fast as it came.

so An kai doesn't believe that am the one in the painting but, how so? Roline asked herself as she moved the painting near to the mirror. she wanted to see what An kai saw.

looking at the painting and herself, the difference was slight but An kai was able to notice it.

actually, Roline didn't have exaggerated chest but it wasn't flat either. her curves weren't too big like the ones in the paint. and as for her legs, they were slender just perfect for her upper body but the woman in the paint had big curves that matched her slightly shot chubby legs.

when Roline thought that An kai didn't believe the woman in the photo was her, she felt both happy and sad.

being cleaver sometimes can count as a curse . if An kai took this seriously and we divorced early, things wouldn't need to be escalated. I just want to let you go, I want to give you a new start than being in this marriage where you will have to wait and wait for me. I don't want that. Roline thought looking at the photo.

to Roline, divorcing An kai was helping him to look for a better life and as for An kai, having Roline to confirm that she loved him was enough, even when they were to spend years away from each other.
