Christina headed out faster than An kai. she boarded the car and waited for An kai.

"what with those women and you? Christina queried. An kai took the phone and after, he gave it back without saying anything to Christina.

An kaira was already at the office when An kai got there. he gave him a warm welcome as a so called good brother. An kai spoke to him with the most obedient tone possible leaving Christina dumbstruck. she knew that An kai was one with calm words but not to this extent, he was like a little kid sweet talking his parents after being at fault but that didn't end there. he introduced Christina too.

" this is my new assistant, she led to Xin Yi's ban so I thought I may as well put her in "her" place. An kai introduced Christina to An kaira.

An kaira nodded before he left the office to An kai.

"you can order coffee, tea or anything you want. we're here only to waste time...and by the way, you can go show that to PR department if you feel like doing it. An kai said. he sounded so arrogant but Christina felt like he was just careless. he never wanted to work for the Ans so he decided to waste those three weeks doing as he pleased.

"why are you here if you don't want to work? Christina asked, she had no intention of heading to the company everyday only to waste time seated without doing anything.

Roline too, saw the news but didn't react, she stayed home as she proceeded with KARA Adventures and Travel paper work. she had changed some few things after discussing them with her friends in partnership. the three wanted the company to start operating soon. Ami was able to secure some investors through her father and Linda too, Roline advertised the company within Rostar city first, using the fact that she was famous. she used everything to her advantage, even her dad started giving in some few words to his friends and partners about the KARA Adventures and Travel.

Christina came back home with a sleepy expression. she was tired but couldn't help reminiscing about the whole day, Christina was given documents for An kai to approve but he didn't, he only asked her to place the documents on the table and went back to his phone. later, he asked An kaira to help him out with the files.

" brother, I don't understand these things at all. uncle Han has been helping me there so I hope I won't be bothering you if ask for a hand with this." An kai said to An kaira, and the later nodded with a smile but that left Christina wondering whether An kai meant whatever he said to An kaira so, she had planned to ask Roline whether An kai passed his exams or she was just covering her husband when she said that he was a genius.

"Roline please, I have something to ask you. did you say that An kai was passed really highly? Christina asked Roline who had her eyes closed.

"where does it got to do with me?

"hmm, he was your husband. so you must know that he can't do anything, he is a coward and at sometimes... really annoying!

" when did my idol change into your husband? and gorgeous into a coward? and lastly, when did he is super smart and reliable change to a nothing doer and annoying? Roline asked with some hint of wanting to laugh at the Christina and Tinah combination. Christina was An kai and Roline's number one fan. she supported the couple with everything but why the sudden change?

" Roline please am serious, An kai hasn't signed a single document or responded to the workers below him. he told me shamelessly that I can do whatever I want but he never let me work. we only sit around like lost dogs day in and day out. workers are gossiping about him all around. Christian explained everything from start to end but Roline gave her one answer. " An kai hold grudges."

" what do you mean by grudges?

"An kai is letting them do as they wished. they never took him to school or anything related to the modern way of living so he left them to do it themselves.

"but isn't that letting them to get away with it? if he holds grudges, he would be face slapping them by doing what they don't expect from him?
