A Warrior“s Path Chapter 108: Chapter 108. Final Battle Part 6

Tsunade was at her wits end, she was helpless as she watched Naruto and Sasuke's vitality slowly disappear. It was at this moment someone came before her.

" Move aside Tsunade san, I will take care of them."

Tsunade was startled " Ryu!!! Where were you!!?? "

Ryu " No time. Move aside."

Tsunade calmed down. She moved aside. Ryu placed his hands over Naruto's and Sasuke's chest.

' Indra and Ashura... it's time to awaken your powers. '

Chaos energy erupted from his hands, it reached deep down towards Naruto and Sasuke's Bloodline.

In the anime it's shown how Sage gives them his powers. Ryu figured something else out, rather than giving them his powers he is actually awakening them. Both his sons inherited part of his powers Indra his eyes, Ashura his body.

Since Naruto and Sasuke were their reincarnations they hold the same strengths, it's just buried deep within them. They need something to kick start that power.

Ryu's energy reached down deep inside their Bloodline, their soul. He saw two souls within both of them connected but not one. Chaos energy covered their souls and pushed them together aiding their merging. Slowly both their souls merged.

When their souls combined, their body underwent some changes. Naruto's body got attuned to the world itself whereas Sasuke's eyes heated up.

Ryu took back his hands. Naruto and Sasuke opened their eyes, Naruto felt comfortable just by breathing. His each breath seemed like a rhythm of nature.

Sasuke on the other hand felt surreal, he could see everything. He touched his eyes and felt their power.

Ryu was satisfied ' Naruto awakened his Sage body and Sasuke awakened his Rinnegan in both his eyes rather than one.'

Naruto got up, he looked towards Gai's direction. Sasuke got near him and placed his hand on his shoulder. Both their figures vanished. Tsunade was stupified when she saw this, Minato was the same.

Tsunade " Ryu.... "

Ryu stopped her from speaking " All in due time."

Tsunade nodded. All of them went towards Madara's direction.

Ryu watched Madara ' Oooh, not bad. But that power.... Kaguya.'

If anyone looked at Ryu right now they would see his eyes flash golden yellow. Golden mist swirled inside his pupil. Inside Madara he saw another energy move around. This was a spiritual imprint.

' Kaguya Otsutsuki, you are a threat to this world.'

Ryu stood Infront of them, Naruto and Sasuke took everyone injured and retreated. Naruto was using his sage powers to heal Lee.

' Where are you? '

Ryu's eyes darted through the entire battlefield. His goal was another, it's because of this that he didn't reveal his strength lest he escaped.

His eyes settled on Madara, a smile donned his face. Naruto and Sasuke could feel huge pressure emanate off of Ryu. They were shocked, after they awakened their powers, they thought they were Strong but what they sensed from Ryu made them think otherwise.

Ryu's battle intent was increasing by the second, he looked at Madara " Are you game? "

Madara showed the same smile " Let's dance."

His eyes gathered chakra ' Limbo!! '

Ryu could feel something approach him, his body dodged to the side.

' Navii, release upto sixth seal.'

Ryu's body jerked for an instant. Madara could feel a spike in Ryu's energy.

' His strength tripled !. '

Madara used Limbo again. ( Note: Limbo is something like Madara's shadow that exist in another plane. Only Strong ocular bloodlines and special physiques can sense it.)

Ryu took out Kokushibyo. His entire aura changed, before Ryu was like a sheathed sword but now he was fully released. Madara hovered above and watched Ryu. His focus never left him, Madara felt danger from him and this excited him.

Ryu sliced Kokushibyo to his side, limbo was about to attack him when it was cut in half. Ryu waved his sword another time and few more limbo were cut apart. All this time Ryu didn't use his eyes.

Madara sensed something, his gaze focused onto Ryu's eyes, his eyes turned pale golden yellow, Madara was shocked seeing Ryu's eyes. He could feel his Rinnegan throb, it's powers were suppressed!!

He let go of his staff and placed his hand Infront of him

" Lightning style : Black fang! "

Black coloured lightning shot towards Ryu, seeing the incoming attack Ryu drew back his right arm and thrusted towards the lightning. Same black lightning shot out like arrows from his palm as they collided with Madara's attack.

Beautiful spark lit up the sky but Ryu didn't have time to enjoy it, he placed Kokushibyo above his head. A black staff whistled towards him, but Ryu blocked it using his sword.

Madara's eyes glowed a bit but he couldn't dish out any attacks based on his eyes, this caught him off guard. Madara drew an arc as his body turned in mid air and swiped his staff towards Ryu.

Seeing the incoming attack Ryu took a step back and defended. The moment the staff touched his sword Ryu's figure disappeared, he took this opportunity to cut Madara. As a sword Grandmaster his domain can cover upto 112 meters.

Madara had no way to dodge, his arm was cut off but not a drop of blood flowed out. Like picking up a toy, Madara grabbed his arm and reattached it to his body. Nine Gudodama floating behind him flashed towards Ryu.

Ryu dodged as he used his sword and hands to smack away those nine black balls. Madara inhaled a deep breath and fired

" Fire style : Great for annihilation! "

Unlike before, Madara is the Ten Tails Jinchuriki. His powers are closing in towards the sage, this attack of his was several folds stronger than before.

Ryu was still smacking those Gudodama. He drew an arc with his sword, this send almost all of the Gudodama flying but one hit him. The one that hit Ryu didn't put a scratch on him.

' Annoying. These things can't harm me but good for distraction, though still annoying.'

He noticed the sea of flames raging towards him, he placed his hand on the ground.

" Earth style : Ascend "

Ground trembled, suddenly a huge earth wall shot up to the sky. It was like a mountain as it stood before Madara's flames. Those huge flames collided with the earth wall.

BOOOOMMMM

Sand and rubble flew everywhere. Ryu retreated. He dodged those falling rocks, his hand gripped his sword as his figure vanished.

Madara who was still hovering above felt danger, Gudodama around him formed a shield as it defended Ryu's sword strike but still Madara got cut.

' How is his sword reaching me? Is it some kind of space Ninjutsu? "

Ryu and Madara fought fiercely. As they fought air rippled, space was torn. Each passing second Madara's body received an additional wound but his strong vitality as the Ten Tails Jinchuriki kicked in, healing him. He couldn't figure out how Ryu was doing this, his eye powers may be suppressed but his eyes could see through many things.

Each time Ryu attacked it was like the world attacked him. He could dodge or shield his attack but he would get hurt from the gaps.

As they battled, everything was left in shambles. Each of their attacks caused the shockwaves that spread through the air destroying everything in its path.

Shinobi Alliance watched in awe as two of them fought. One ninja asked

" He... hey.... are they human? "

The other one gulped " How would I know? "

Ryu was excited, every move he did was countered, every strike he did was received, every Jutsu he threw was balance by another. Madara is truly a strong warrior, his experience and tactics awed Ryu but this also brought out the battle craze within him.

' Navii, release the seventh seal!! '

' Yes master! '

Madara could feel an increase in Ryu's powers again. He frowned but showed a crazy smile ' He got even stronger! Haha, COME!!! '

The black staff in his arms danced in his hands, he attacked Ryu from impossible angles but still got blocked or countered.

Madara laughed crazily " Hahaha, you are the first one other than Hashirama to make me this excited !! Entertain me even more!! "

Ryu laughed as well " Hahaha, same Madara. You are the first one to make me release this much strength!! Let's keep on dancing!! "

Their figures collided, space was ripped apart. The shockwave from this attack formed a tornado as it raged around. Amidst this raging tornado two figures rushed at each other.
