A Warrior's Path 57 Chapter 57. Teaching The Trio

Ryu explained everything he learned about Hachimon Tonko from the system to Guy. For Guy to master Hachimon Tonko without dying he needs to start from the beginning, which means he shouldn't leak a bit of energy from his body when opening the first gate then do the same for the rest of the gates.

Guy was curious " Ryu, why would you help me this much?'

Ryu smiled brightly " To battle you. You were a monster even before this but now... haha you have become something more dangerous."

Guy stared when he heard that but then laughed loudly " Hahaha, now this is YOUTH "

Ryu " Anyway...your student Lee should be like you as well. Tell me when he is strong enough to open upto the Sixth gate, that should be the benchmark for withstanding the awakening."

Guy nodded " Thanks alone would never be enough. Ryu...if you ever need anything just ask."

With that Guy bowed. Ryu didn't stop him, even if he tried to, Guy will still do it, this was his way of showing gratitude. It was already very late, both said goodbye and left.

Ryu went home. He had already delayed purchasing the last bloodline needed for him to produce chaos energy by a day. Now he needs some rest to be in optimal conditions before he starts the process.

The next day he went where Guy's team usually practised. It was very early so he did his breathing exercises and sword stances. Just as he was about to finish he saw Lee walking with his hands, Neji following him and Tenten covered her face due to embarrassment.

Lee " Good morning senior "

Neji " Good morning "

Tenten " Goo...good morning "

Ryu nodded and instructed " Well then let's get started. Lee, remove those weights. I will give you some seals which are better than those weights.

Neji.. in a bit show me all the techniques you have learned, we will improve from there.

Tenten...from this day onwards you must meditate atleast 6 hours a day, everyday. Also I will give you some basics about symbols used for seals, you must practice them daily for three hours."

In a single breath Ryu dished out instructions for the three. He gave Lee two bracelets which had complex seals on its inner side. These bracelets increase the gravity around the weilder to a max of 100 times.

Ryu gave Tenten a book which he compiled that consists of all the seal symbols he knows. He then told her to start meditating.

Finally Neji... Ryu already have a plan on how to train him. Neji is far more of a genius than anyone thinks. After he saw all of Neji's techniques he was surprised. He had already mastered a number of his clan techniques and have a basic understanding of the rest.

Ryu " You have great understanding towards chakra points, you also have the speed and precision to attack these points as well but against a stronger opponent you simply lack the power.

For now don't use your eyes. I will show you how to increase your battle capability with the same amount of chakra you use in your techniques."

Ryu came in front of a tree, his hands were covered a bit with chakra but it was very very narrow. He palmed the tree lightly but the moment he touched it, the trunk was blasted away leaving a palm mark.

Neji was shocked when he saw this " How?!"

Ryu " You just need to compress your chakra to a point where it's like a skin over your palm. I just used the same amount of chakra you use for your techniques, now what do you think?"

Neji was overwhelmed with this revelation. He looked at Ryu with respect.

Ryu " There are other methods as well but right now we need to improve your control in chakra. I would say your chakra control is somewhere between Mid and high. As a Hyuuga improving on that won't be a problem for you."

Ryu started sparring with Neji, he went through the basics with him. Neji was struggling just to not be beaten like crap. Ryu sparred for some time with him then he gave Neji a mix of sand with different colours and told him to separate them entirely using chakra.

The problem with this sand was that you have to evenly spread out the chakra on each of the sand grain otherwise they just will go out of control. This was a particular kind of sand Ryu purchased from the system when he trained to perfect his control over chakra.

Ryu was satisfied with how Neji's training was going, he turned to the other two. Lee was doing the same exercises and Tenten was meditating.

Ryu walked up to Lee " Lee I will teach you a few stances, do these stances after you are done with these exercises"

Ryu taught Lee the stances for body refining he bought from the system store. It was hard at first but he barely managed to learn it in an hour. This technique will strengthen his body faster.

Tenten was extremely bored just sitting around and meditating. She really wanted to fiddle around with her weapons. Ryu knew of her character from the anime, she didn't even let go of the sage's weapons even after it drained her of her chakra. From this, one could imagine her love for ninja tools.

Ryu " You know.. if you really can't sit around and meditate I have another way. But it's kind of straining like how these two train though it gives a much faster result."

Tenten was surprised when Ryu suddenly spoke to her, she blushed a bit. As a girl she found it hard to resist someone like Ryu.

Tenten " What's the other way?"

Ryu made a few hand signs and said

" Wood style: Wood wall".

A thick wall made of wood sprang from the ground.

Ryu " This is made from my wood style so it's very strong. All you need to do is to coat your weapons with chakra and continuously throw them at the mark. Once your chakra is exhausted sit down and recover, that way you are actually enhancing your chakra capacity but you have repeat this process till evening. It's better than just sitting around right?"

Tenten listened to Ryu after all she didn't want to just sit around. Atleast this way her marksmanship will improve.
