A Warrior's Path 142 Chapter 142. Foolish Blackbeard

Pale yellow flames surged through the surroundings with a terrifying sharpness to it. After his fight with Hawkeye Ryu figured out how to advance in his sword. Upto Grandmaster stage a Swordsman must start from learning the way of Sword and nurture his intent but... to go even further a Swordsman must incorporate laws of the world onto his intent or precisely speaking he should incorporate his understanding of the world laws into his Sword.

Ryu wasn't strong enough to incorporate Pure Yang flames completely into his Sword. His understanding of the laws was still lacking but if it is a spark of said flame then it's managable.

Kong and the other two were being smashed from all sides by Ryu's domain. Kong was able to hold on since his body was monstrously Strong but that wasn't the case for the other two.

Pure Yang Inferno Domain was burning through their Haki and inflicting Damage to them. That old Swordsman's Domain was being crushed by Ryu's Inferno Domain, as for the Short Knife weilding Assassin, he was injured before so his condition was even worse.

Ryu's figure blurred from their Observation Haki, Kong shouted awful in his heart. He pushed Armament Haki to the limit, his entire body glossed with a metallic sheen with red purplish colour. He moved as fast as he can.

But... Kong was still late. That Short Knife wielding old man had a thin line extending from his head downwards. Blood seeped out from this line, they watched that old man was split in two. His body was completely sliced apart by Ryu's domain and burned to ashes.

Seeing one of their allies crumble Kong and the other Old man had a shocked expression. They were only distracted for a couple of seconds but this was enough for Ryu to kill of them.

Kong didn't wait around, he pounced on Ryu. Each of his attack held earth shattering strength behind them but Ryu deflected all of his attacks with grace. His Sword kept on dancing around Kong, the other Old man finally freed himself from Ryu's Domain and joined Kong.

Ryu was like a graceful dancer, his figure kept on moving around the two of them. Kong attack produced echoes as they brushed past Ryu but none hit him. Not a single movement of Ryu's body was wasted, even if it seemed like he was corned Ryu was somehow able to doge away.

Slowly Kong' s body showed bruises and cuts, the same for the Swordsman as well. Battling Ryu was proving taxing, each time they bled the blazing heat from Ryu's Domain vapourised it instantly.

Kong's Armament Haki was being whittled down, his body now contained countless cuts, small and large. His face showed tiredness, he was frustrated as well as helpless. He couldn't touch the other party whereas Ryu was injuring him with each attack.

Kong was startled, in an instant Ryu's Sword kind of changed. It became even fiercer, he was delayed for an instant.

" Inferno Style : Incineration."

Only Ryu's words echoed in both their ears, a huge pale yellow arc of light was flying at them. It looked like it could go out any second but Kong and the Old man could feel Death from the arc of light.

' Dodge!! '

Both of them only had this thought. Their bodies were pushed past the limit, their Haki overdrained as they tried best to dodge.

Blood splattered but the next moment it was vapourised. Two forms stood a hundred meters away from Ryu.

The Old Swordsman was standing with a blank expression. His neck had a faint thin line, blood slowly seeped out. The next instant his whole body was engulfed in flames and burned to nothing.

Kong was kneeling on the ground, his arm was chopped from his shoulder and burned to ashes. Blood flowed out constantly but it turned into bloody vapour due to heat. His Haki was supporting him, just barely.

The entire world was silent for a brief moment, then boiled. Two elders from the Elder Council and the previous Fleet Admiral of Navy was defeated. Two were dead and one got his arm chopped off

Ryu walked upto Kong, seeing Ryu approach Kong tried to escape but he was injured very badly. His speed was like a snails when compared to Ryu.

Ryu waved his sword.

Kong's head flew up in air before falling with a thud. His body was burned away but his head showing a scared expression still remained.

The whole world saw a Fleet Admiral's death, the first one in history.

Sengoku and Garp who were fighting Madara had ugly expressions, this was the worst possible outcome. Eventhough Garp was happy that Ace was saved, he didn't like the fact that Ryu was trampling over Navy.

A calm sound interrupted their thoughts.

" You dare look away when fighting me!!? "

Garp and Sengoku couldn't react in time, they were blasted away. Their body was now badly battered, Garp's body was covered in bruises that bled constantly. Sengoku wasn't in a good condition either, unlike Garp whose Armament had reached a high level his was still a bit lower.

Sengoku's Buddha form was burned all over. His entire body was covered in blood. Both of them steadied themselves and looked at Madara.

Madara floated above them, his figure gave off an indescribable pressure. He was like a God looking down on ants.

Garp and Sengoku had bitter expressions, they didn't think Madara would strong to this point. At first he wasn't able to take on their attack but it seemed like his physical body was enhanced exponentially during the fight.

Madara's both fist was blazing red, he had concentrated his energy onto his fists. Since he was cultivating ' Heavenly Flame Mantra ' the energy in his body was blazing hot.

Garp and Sengoku got ready for another bout.

But the situation suddenly took a turn, Sengoku's expression changed as he was engulfed by darkness.

" Sengoku!! "

Garp yelled out,he tried to pull out Sengoku, by the time he did Sengoku had a gun wound on his gut.

" Zihahahahahahahaha....."

A weird laughter echoed through the battlefield. Ace's eyes showed hatred towards the owner of this voice, not only him the other members of Whitebeard pirates also showed hatred.

A man with a massive build with relatively thin limbs stood on the battlefield laughing wildly. He had a big mouth with several broken teeth, a crooked nose and a very large and hairy chest and torso. Long, thick, woolly black hair fell down the back of his neck, underneath a black bandana and a small scruffy black beard grew around his jawline.

This was the man who broke the Iron rule on Whitebeard's ship, the one who captured Ace, a traitor

Marshall D Teach!!

Teach was still laughing wildly, behind him stood several infamous pirates locked up in Impel Down for life. He had snuck in earlier before and broke them out, now all these cruel pirates were part of his crew.

Demon Sheriff Laffitte.

Catarina Devon.

Sanjuan Wolf.

Van Augur.

Luffy who was still battling Lucci also looked back, he knew Teach was the one Ace was chasing and it was him who caught Ace as well, Luffy wanted to smash Teach's face in but saving Ace comes first.

Garp gritted his teeth " Teach!! "

Teach " Zihahahahahahahaha.... one headache removed. How have you been..... father? Zihahahahahahahaha."

Whitebeard showed a calm face, but everyone could feel anger blaze within him. Akainu and the other two Admirals backed away, first of all they didn't want to be receipiant of his anger, second they would reduce casualties if two pirate groups duked it out.

Whitebeard was about to attack when Ryu blocked him.

Whitebeard shouted " Move Brat!!!! "

Ryu spoke plainly " Calm down Whitebeard. Teach is dead meat now."

Whitebeard " ?? "

Ryu pointed towards Madara " That Teach was idiotic enough to interrupt Madara's battle. Their is only one end for him now,

Teach who was laughing wildly showed a terrifying expression all of a sudden, he felt as if a Primordial Beast was staring at him. His entire body shivered, slowly he turned around.

Blood red eyes glistening with evil welcomed his sight. Cold sweat rolled down his cheeks, Madara's eyes brought terror into his heart.

Madara spoke in a eerie tone " You interrupted my fight."

Not just Teach, his crewmates behind him also showed a scared expression. They could as if a mountain was crushing on them, their wills were bring crushed.

' Conqueror!! '

Teach laughed dryly " Zihaha, we are all enemies of the Navy, no need to fuss over such simple matters."

Madara still had that stoic face " Alright."

Teach calmed down but his heart turned cold hearing Madara's next words

" Then you can die."
