A Warrior's Path 115 Chapter 115. Shinobi

Minato and the rest went back to their village to prepare. They decided to place the headquarters of ' Shinobi ' in land of fire. Konoha village will be dissolved and reconstructed.

Among all the hidden villages, Konoha was right in the center of the world map. Ryu decided to place large scale Four Divine Beast seal for protection. This seal would use Land of lightning, Land of Wind, Land of Water, Land of Earth to form four corners while Land of fire will be in the center. This is an improvisation of Four Divine Beast formation.

Among all the lands, land of fire was the most prosperous one, so this was an added bonus. Villages will be dissolved and joined to ' Shinobi '. Each great village will be assigned a name representing their origin.

With Naruto and Minato as support Ryu managed to go towards all villages and convince them to join ' Shinobi ', some of them still tried to maintain their control over their village but they were doing this for their own greed. For people like that Ryu used force.

Days passed by Ryu and the others worked day and night to gather every village, they need to form a solid system when ' Shinobi ' is established.

Finally after one month, they got every village to join them. Ryu explained his plan to the kages, he will first place seals in four great villages thus forming the large scale Four Divine Beast Seal then he would place a central node in Konoha thus forming a pattern.

After this is done he would connect all the other villages to this main pattern separately, he drew this on the map and showed them, it looked like a square with a central point with several separate branches connected to the center like nerves.

All of them prepared, mountains of paperwork accumulated inside Tsunade's office, Sarutobi Minato, Kakashi and everyone else chipped in. Ryu had his own duties, he alone went towards other villages to place the seals.

First he created something similar to an altar, then placed the seals inside. After he used space isolating seals to cover the altar from any form of spying. He didn't use clones as they couldn't maintain the energy drain, he has to do them personally.

Two months passed by, Ryu finally completed his work. A solid governing structure as well as rules were created. Each rule to be placed on the Oath Tablet was carefully considered and reviewed hundreds of times before approving. Every ninja under every village was accounted.

Konoha and the other Major villages were restructured. Teleportation seals were in place, if any village is in trouble they can immediately request for reinforcements. Konoha village had the biggest change, houses were now structured in an orderly way, a huge building stood majestically at its center.

The building was white in colour with a several shades of different colours here and there adding a particular beauty to it. ' Shinobi ' was written at the forefront of it, just by looking at these words one could feel majesty and strength.

Today was an important day, today would be the official declaration of ' Shinobi ' being formed. It is also today Five Elders will elect a Supreme Leader.

Streets were packed with people, thousands came from different lands to witness the birth of history. Everyone had look of anticipation, this was like a dream to them. Years ago these lands were plagued by war but from today onwards there won't be anymore war. There loved ones won't disappear overnight, children will get to live happily and most importantly no village will be poor again.

Due to the teleportation circles Ryu placed in every village. Commodities can be transferred to every village, thus villages that were poor or under severe conditions got help from other villages. They all eagerly waited for the Elders to announce who the Supreme Leader was. Civilians and Ninjas were having heated discussion about who will become Supreme Leader.

Civilian A " Hey who do you think will be the supreme leader? "

Civilian B " Is there a need to ask, it will be sir Ryu. After all he defeated Madara and Kaguya saving our world."

Ninja A " I don't think so, sir Ryu is like a free bird. If he is the type to accept any position he would have taken the position as Hokage before."

Ninja B " That's right. According to what I heard from my friend who is working inside ' Shinobi ' it should be Lord Itachi."

Civilian A" No way! Lord Itachi!! That's awesome! He is my idol ! "

Hearing Itachi's name pop up few young girls joined in.

" Hey is it really Itachi sama? "

Seeing a cute girl talk to him, that civilian happily explained

Civilian A " Yeah! According to what this guy said lord Itachi will be the one."

Stars appeared on every listening girl, Itachi was their dream man but none of them could even speak to him, that vixen was always with him.

Girl A " Itachi sama is soooo cool. I wonder if he will notice me."

Girl B " Bah, look in a mirror before you speak."

Girl C " Sasuke sama is also so handsome."

Girl A " Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! But a pink banshee is always around him as well."

Girl B " Sir Ryu is single though. Aah that beautiful red hair, those mesmerising eyes, his perfect face, that muscular physique, Kyaaah."

Stars braved each girls eyes as they talked about Ryu and the others. Hearing them speak about Ryu a Ninja leisurely spoke.

Ninja C " Actually sir Ryu also has a girlfriend."

" WHAT!!?? "

The Ninja who spoke was sweating hard. Several girls looked at him like a pig for slaughter, he backed away slowly but before he could run. A fair hand gripped his shoulder.

Girl D spoke with a smile but that smile looked so evil to Ninja C " Care to explain."

Ninja C gulped " I... I don't know much. Just...just that I heard some of my colleagues speak of sir Ryu being in love with someone, that's all I know ! I swear ! "

Ninja C sweared, Civilian A, B and Ninja A, B retreated slowly as they prayed for their comrade ' May god bless you good health.'

Girls were furious, they asked him again and again to tell them who it was. He nearly had tears streaming down his face

' How heck can I tell something I don't know!!?? Why did I open my mouth!!?? why!!?? Wait!!? '

Ninja C quickly spoke " Wait!! I have another info which you might be interested. Shisui san is actually single. And I know where he eats regularly."

' Sorry Shisui san. For my health's sake I have to betray you.'

Girls who were about to go nuts went silent. Shisui was not seen that often in public so he was not that famous among girls but still he was popular.

Girl A " Tell us where? "

For a brief period this area became a no entry zone.

Inside Shinobi,

Ryu and the rest were waiting inside a large hall, there was sufficient amount of space for everyone to sit. Hell they can even host a gathering inside.

Tsunade was irritated " What's taking him so long? "

Kushina chuckled " Calm down Tsunade san. It's only been fifteen minutes."

Tsunade turned towards Ryu " It's your fault, why heck did you only deliver those robes today? "

Ryu scratched his head " Sorry I forgot."

Tsunade nearly jumped up from her seat to smack him but Kushina held her. Onoki and the rest smiled.

Mei sat obediently to his side, Ryu was holding her hand. Sasuke and Naruto was also there. Unlike before Sakura and Hinata were now their girlfriends. Hinata and Sakura was blushing slightly as they sat together with them. Sasuke avoided eye contact so as to not get embarrassed. Naruto on the other hand laughed foolishly.

Kushina and Akane had a gratified smile as they saw their kids and godson.

The door to the hall opened, a handsome man with long hair upto his shoulder, having tear trough and beautiful eyes stood before them. He wore a traditional robe with large sleeves, it had ' Shinobi ' printed on the cluffs of his sleeves. Gold lined the robes with a dragon pattern lining the collar.

Sasuke commented " Cool nii san. "

Naruto nodded like a woodpecker " Yeah! Yeah! "

Kushina gave a thumps up.

Ryu lead everyone to the balcony near the second floor. As they came outside loud cheers erupted from all corners. Kids waved their colourful hats while adults cheered. Ladies lined up as they greedily took in Itachi and the others figures.

Ryu and the other Elders stood Infront. Tsunade spoke

" Today is history in making. Today onwards there will be no distinction between villages, no hatred among villagers, from today onwards we are one.... SHINOBI."

Loud cheers echoed after her words.

Onoki spoke up " Shinobi will be official from today onwards. As such a large organisation we need someone who is fit to lead us, someone who is righteous, compassionate, calm and Strong. "

Ai " After careful consideration all of us have unanimously elected Itachi Uchiha as the Supreme Leader."

Gaara " Everyone please welcome the Supreme Leader of Shinobi,

ITACHI UCHIHA!! "

As his name was called out Itachi stepped forward. His figure caught the attention of everyone, Girls dreamed as they saw him, kids dreamed to become like him, men respected him, elders were proud of him. Mixture of emotions ran through everyone.

Itachi stood Infront of thousands, his eyes showed rare emotion as he said " Thank you for accepting me. I am not good with words but..... I can assure you this with my life.

I, ITACHI UCHIHA WILL PROTECT THIS PEACE WE HAVE BUILT EVEN IF IT COSTS ME MY LIFE!!. "
