' Surya Gupta said, 'the new dynasty would be Chandra Gupta dynasty . . a new capital should be built which would be accessible to the people of both the empires . . '

Samyukta said, 'please calm down, let's think rationally . . construction of a new city Will need huge capital . . . and why would people want to leave Manipura (capital of Magadha empire) and Indraprastha . . both are well designed forted cities . . ' Pinaka said, 'Samyukta, the construction of the new city . . the migration of capital . . new empire . . all this will only happen post the war with Zaffar . . there is no point in investing our resources into all this now . . '
