A God's Apocalyptic Entertainment 38 Lost Faith Part 3

"Thank you Father!"

I had to thank Father at this point; he had done so much for me.

"It's not over Ella"

My feelings subsided and a new surge of happiness surged into me, as I looked back at Father. The biggest smile I think I had ever shown was now on my lips. I licked them to gather any of the left over blood as I stared at the remaining 2 meals.

They were so pale I thought they were one of the infected meals, and they had dirtied themselves. They had tried the same thing that other meal tried, when I went to feed her to Father. Trying to make themselves taste worse, what a disgrace.

But as Father had prepared them I looked over that transgression and prepared myself, I wanted that feeling again.

They were wailing even louder than before as Father dragged one of them next to the last meal and beckoned for me to come over. I rubbed my hands in anticipation while Father took his gear off.

"NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!"

The meal wasn't very respondent as he kept screaming while I moved in. I frowned at the amount of noise he was making and Father was also fed up as well. He punched him in the face to shut him up, but not enough to knock him out.

He made it so there was no noise coming out even when he tried. I had much to learn.

"Shut up you scum of humanity!"

The cold rage had majorly subsided by this point, but there was enough left over that Father continued to speak to the meal in a chilly voice. After talking to him, he turned to me and gave me more instruction.

"Go slower this time Ella. Wait till he starts convulsing more, then you can eat what you want"

I forced myself to remember his words as I started from his arms and legs, slowly eating chunks out of them. The meal started convulsing harder and harder, trying to make noise as I continued.

"Ok go for it."

The cold voice rang out again, finally after a few chunks I could dive back in. I had been suppressing my rising instincts and when I finally let lose to eat his chest, it felt even better than the last one.

Father always knows best!

The taste and felling was even better than the last one, father was an expert at this.

Finishing up that one, I finally moved on to the last one. It was very non-responsive as I started to follow what father had told me, but as we continued I finally got it to respond and shout out.

Father didn't stop it from shouting this time so I let it be.

"MONSTER!"

"BASTARD!"

"DEVIL!"

It started to become incomprehensible, as I felt it was about time to go for the chest, the body was springing all over the place.

Father talked to it just before I went in for the finish.

"We'll all meet in hell someday. But that'll have to happen after I kill anyone else like you and that damn god."

Father spat out some blood on to the chest of the last meal. He seemed to have been clenching his teeth really hard, that it started to bleed.

That was just a bonus for me as I finished the meal off.

It was the best meal I've had in my life!

I finished up the meal and returned to Father who went to sit down opposite me and watch.

His eyes were slightly vacant as I approached him, the coldness that had been raging on had simmered into nothing and disappeared.

"Thank you sooo much, you're the best!"

I hugged Father and thanked him for the wonderful meals I just had, without him it would have never been as good. I didn't feel hungry and didn't feel the urge to eat the other pieces in the next room. I don't know what made Father change so much for that short while, but I thought it would be better to not eat the pieces in there.

Father was very vacant at my reply and just sat there staring at the meals for a while. After a few minutes and just as I was about to cuddle up to him, he finally moved. He ruffled my hair.

"Ella."

And said my name quietly.

"Let's go rest for a while."

He stood back up and then put away his blade; I could see that his hand was shaking slightly. It didn't stop even after he put the sword away; he even had to grab it with his other hand to stop it from moving. Putting it away, he didn't turn back to look at the room we just came from and walked away.

He looked at his clothes as he moved away and back to the stairs. Jamming the door, before moving back up, he continued to move blankly until we were back at our home.

He looked down at himself again and with shaking hands removed his gear. I hadn't seen him ever remove his gear; he did swap it out though. Going out of the room, he threw them somewhere and then looked around for a bit. Finding what he was looking for in a short while, he went to a storage room and stored a lot of water bottles in his ring.

Moving back to where we came from, he almost mechanically undid the bottles of water and poured them into a big tub. Once filled to the brim he beckoned me over and helped me take off my gear.

There was blood smeared over both of us over these past few days. Moving to the tub of water, he beckoned me again.

"Come on Ella, we have to clean ourselves"

I tilted my head from the words, clean ourselves?

Of what?

"It's always better to relax and clean yourself."

He said to me, as if trying to convince me and himself. I didn't mind so I just walked over and jumped in. It was a bit hard as the big tub wasn't long enough for both of us, so I had to curl my legs to fit.

The water was also cold; it made me shiver for a second or 2 when I got in. It would be better hot. I wonder if he knows this?

"There, there, let's get this blood off"

He spoke to me half vacantly as he started to splash me with water and use a sponge he found beforehand. He was very gentle when it came to scrubbing my back and hair.

I started to relax in the water as it seemed to warm up with our bodies in it, he continued to scrub me and the blood started to turn a red tinge.

"There, this is what a brother should do."

He mumbled a few words in a quiet voice behind me. He was concentrating very hard to get rid of all the blood on my body, while not using too much pressure. As he continued he stopped for a moment and I felt the water shake behind me. His voice also started to crack as he continued to wash me.

"There, there. It's all right"

I didn't understand why he would be saying those words to me, and I could feel the intense emotions that were coming from him at this moment. But I didn't turn around; my instincts that hadn't lied to me yet, told me not to turn around.

So I didn't, I just let him continue to wash the blood off me for as long as he wanted.

I think I felt some water drip onto my back.

But instead of a splash of water, it was only a drop or two at a time.
